Y, en este caso,\u00a0<strong>el impacto es directo porque llegar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de los sentidos<\/strong>. Esta es una t\u00e9cnica muy exitosa que se utiliza en los canales tradicionales. Hoy con una<strong>\u00a0soluci\u00f3n de email marketing<\/strong>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n puedes aplicar las t\u00e9cnicas de marketing sensorial en otros \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando se trata de\u00a0<strong>email marketing,<\/strong>\u00a0hay que centrarse en dos sentidos: la<strong>\u00a0vista<\/strong>\u00a0y el<strong>\u00a0o\u00eddo<\/strong>. Por razones obvias, no podemos potenciar el tacto, el olfato o el gusto m\u00e1s que de forma tangencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo habitual es que se explote<strong>\u00a0la visualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, puesto que esta es la principal alternativa inherente a internet y, en realidad, es el camino m\u00e1s directo para llegar a los objetivos de ventas. Ahora bien, en algunos casos se podr\u00eda, incluso, incluir alg\u00fan elemento sonoro, seg\u00fan las posibilidades, aunque de forma indirecta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pregunta es \u00bfc\u00f3mo aplico esto cuando realizo una acci\u00f3n de mail marketing? Hay algunos ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos que arrojan luz sobre esta duda. Son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"1_Los_colores\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span>1. Los colores<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El color genera emociones, ya sean positivas o negativas. El estudio de\u00a0<strong>Eva Heller, Psicolog\u00eda del Color<\/strong>, demostr\u00f3 en su d\u00eda que la poblaci\u00f3n tiene una\u00a0<strong>preferencia estad\u00edstica por determinados colores<\/strong>, as\u00ed como reticencia a otros. El azul es el color que m\u00e1s gusta por su vinculaci\u00f3n al orden o a lo espiritual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, el estudio tambi\u00e9n demostr\u00f3 que hab\u00eda\u00a0<strong>cambios de preferencias por colores seg\u00fan la edad<\/strong>. Las personas j\u00f3venes, por ejemplo, tienen mejor predisposici\u00f3n hacia el negro que las mayores. Esto significa que, seg\u00fan tu\u00a0<strong>target<\/strong>, hay colores que ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s o menos atractivos. Por ejemplo en un correo promocional de un restaurante, la imagen de un plato permite estimular los sentidos e incentivar la decisi\u00f3n. Recuerda que la raz\u00f3n tiene un papel, pero que las emociones dan el paso final y definitivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea, pues, es que hagas uso de este elemento siempre que veas posibilidades de \u00e9xito. Seg\u00fan el sector, te interesar\u00e1 incorporar esta opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"3_Podcast_o_lista_de_musica\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span>3. Podcast o lista de m\u00fasica<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las acciones de email marketing pueden incluir<strong>\u00a0m\u00fasica o archivos sonoros<\/strong>, y lo pueden hacer de dos maneras, directa e indirecta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un correo electr\u00f3nico puede incorporar un\u00a0<strong>enlace a un podcast<\/strong>. Un ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico es el de la newsletter que incorpora un\u00a0<strong>bot\u00f3n \u00abcall to action\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0para descargarse el podcast.
