No cabe duda de que la pandemia vino acelerar y profundizar la digitalizaci\u00f3n de todas las actividades sociales, pero si hay una actividad que se vio altamente impactada fue la educaci\u00f3n en todos sus niveles, con efectos positivos y negativos, que oblig\u00f3 a desarrollar nuevas habilidades para poder adaptarnos a este nuevo entorno pand\u00e9mico-digital.<\/p>\n

En la educaci\u00f3n superior se hizo necesario que tanto alumnos como docentes aprendieran a manejar las video llamadas, insertarse en el manejo de plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas, que complementan las sesiones digitales a distancia.<\/p>\n

Punto de inflexi\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gico donde lo aprendido ya no ser\u00e1 suficiente, sobre todo si consideramos la imperiosa necesidad de hacer de nuestras universidades, sobre todo las p\u00fablicas, instituciones que den soporte a la necesaria productividad, de la estructura productiva nacional (mipymes), como atender la creciente demanda de dotar de capacidades creativas, a los m\u00e1s de 30 millones de j\u00f3venes, sin faltar la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico (I+D) para lograr la independencia tecnol\u00f3gica, dado que la brecha se ampl\u00eda y cada vez dependemos m\u00e1s de las empresas trasnacionales.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan Research Futures de Ipsos Mori, el ecosistema global de investigaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 cambios de alto impacto, en t\u00e9rminos de publicaci\u00f3n de acceso abierto, oportunidades de financiaci\u00f3n y v\u00ednculos con la industria de la tecnolog\u00eda. Por lo que la velocidad y volumen de investigaci\u00f3n se transformar\u00e1n; las naciones que centran sus procesos econ\u00f3micos pol\u00edticos y sociales en la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico son las que logran mejores niveles de desarrollo y mejores universidades, como las naciones asi\u00e1ticas que ya est\u00e1n igualando a las norteamericanas y brit\u00e1nicas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La revoluci\u00f3n industrial 5.0 se centra en la rob\u00f3tica, ampliando los desarrollos tecnol\u00f3gicos basados en la inteligencia artificial, impactando a la\u00a0 Educaci\u00f3n Superior de manera sustantiva, por ejemplo Jurgen Handke profesor alem\u00e1n que imparte Filolog\u00eda Inglesa, desde 2019 tiene como asistente a Yuki un robot humanoide que lo apoya tanto a dictar conferencias, como a dar tutor\u00edas a los alumnos, Yuki est\u00e1 bien preparado y es muy receptivo, da asesor\u00edas y acompa\u00f1amiento acad\u00e9mico a los alumnos, en lecciones, tareas, seminarios o clases, los alumnos consideran \u00fatil a Yuki, a pesar de que todav\u00eda requiere algunas mejoras, porque es un proyecto en escalamiento.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Estas tecnolog\u00edas como Yuki, cuyo fundamento es la inteligencia artificial, junto a otras tecnolog\u00edas, tambi\u00e9n basadas en algoritmos como brandersnatch, KinoAutomat y Microsoft Mesh, que est\u00e1n dando un giro a la interactividad digital, cuya aplicaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica, revolucionar\u00e1 los contextos virtuales, por lo que las experiencias del aprendizaje \u00e1ulico se transformar\u00e1n radicalmente.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El riesgo para los acad\u00e9micos, que no logren desarrollar las capacidades de resiliencia y habilidades, para interactuar con los alumnos a trav\u00e9s de estos sistemas inteligentes de aprendizaje, interactividad virtual con hologramas y rob\u00f3tica, pueden quedar en la marginalidad cognitiva-tecnol\u00f3gica, derivando en el desempleo, al no desarrollar su capacidad para insertarse al paradigma tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Aunque tambi\u00e9n abre a la oportunidad hacia la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos conocimientos a trav\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3n, revolucionando los modelos educativos tradicionales, que tienden a la obsolescencia a una velocidad impresionante, posicion\u00e1ndose a la investigaci\u00f3n como la variable determinante para los acad\u00e9micos, que hoy est\u00e1n centrados m\u00e1s en la docencia.<\/p>\n

El nuevo concepto de universidad es la una organizaci\u00f3n productora de conocimiento, principalmente codificado, cuya aplicaci\u00f3n resuelva problemas, formadora de cuadros de capital humano de alto desempe\u00f1o, con procesos de vinculaci\u00f3n con los sectores productivos, para transferirles los conocimientos y las tecnolog\u00edas que hagan de nuestra planta productora, tecnol\u00f3gicamente competitiva. Me pregunto \u00bfsi las nuevas leyes de \u201cHumanidades Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda y la de Educaci\u00f3n Superior\u201d que todav\u00eda no se promulgan lo tienen contemplado?<\/p>\n

El debate es uno, o el pa\u00eds cae nuevamente en manos del capitalismo corporativo, con una ruta hacia mayor desigualdad y la distop\u00eda social, o se fortalece un gobierno que busca rescatar a la naci\u00f3n de la alta corrupci\u00f3n; pero sin tener como estrategia al conocimiento, la investigaci\u00f3n y al desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, dif\u00edcilmente lo lograr\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Los enemigos de la naci\u00f3n tienen muchos rostros, incrustados en todas las estructuras, mientras que los cambios que se requieren son multidireccionales, multicausales, multiculturales y multidimensionales, con efectos no previsibles. La moneda del cambio est\u00e1 en el aire.<\/p>\n
