que podr\u00eda acercarnos al sue\u00f1o de la regeneraci\u00f3n cerebral. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Combina cultivos neuronales humanos con sistemas bioelectr\u00f3nicos tridimensionales para crear mini-cerebros, en un enfoque que con una futura incorporaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas madre humanas podr\u00eda desarrollar alternativas para \u00abreparar\u00bb por completo un cerebro da\u00f1ado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">De acuerdo a un\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">comunicado <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">, los cient\u00edficos crearon un peque\u00f1o laboratorio en un plato (placa de Petri), aprovechando un novedoso sistema de interfaz neuronal 3D. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">All\u00ed lograron registrar diferentes reacciones en \u00abmini-cerebros\u00bb, creados a partir de cultivos cerebrales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Por ejemplo, introdujeron genes para controlar la actividad neuronal y monitorearla mediante luz. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Los especialistas destacaron que este sistema es capaz de producir diminutos esferoides cerebrales a partir de muestras de c\u00e9lulas humanas, que mantienen la identidad gen\u00e9tica de la persona.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La nueva tecnolog\u00eda permitir\u00e1 estudiar caracter\u00edsticas del cerebro humano sin necesidad de involucrar a personas o llevar adelante m\u00e9todos invasivos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A futuro, los investigadores sostienen que incorporar cultivos cerebrales derivados de c\u00e9lulas madre humanas ser\u00e1 posible realizar intervenciones r\u00e1pidas y eficientes que pr\u00e1cticamente \u00abreparar\u00bb el cerebro por completo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Una nueva frontera<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Teniendo en cuenta que actualmente los cultivos de tejidos se combinan con matrices de electrodos en dos dimensiones y planas, que no coinciden con los complejos dise\u00f1os estructurales que se encuentran en el cerebro humano, la nueva tecnolog\u00eda permite un trascendente avance en el estudio de diferentes aspectos cerebrales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Seg\u00fan el Dr. Colin Franz, uno de los autores principales del estudio publicado en la revista Science Advances, \u00ablos avances concretados en esta investigaci\u00f3n marcar\u00e1n una nueva frontera en la forma en que estudiamos y entendemos el cerebro. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ahora que la plataforma 3D ha sido desarrollada y validada, podremos realizar estudios m\u00e1s espec\u00edficos en nuestros pacientes que se recuperan de una lesi\u00f3n neurol\u00f3gica o luchan contra una enfermedad neurodegenerativa \u00bb, descrito.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Los cient\u00edficos creen que su estudio marca solamente el comienzo de una nueva generaci\u00f3n de sistemas bioelectr\u00f3nicos 3D miniaturizados, como en el caso de estos\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span incluir\u00e1n \u00abuna serie de dispositivos actualmente en desarrollo que contribuir\u00e1n a la formaci\u00f3n de circuitos neuronales a\u00fan m\u00e1s complejos desde el cerebro hacia los m\u00fasculos, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n tejidos cada vez m\u00e1s din\u00e1micos, incluyendo un coraz\u00f3n que late \u00bb, indica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Un dato llamativo remarcado por los investigadores es que los nuevos dispositivos fueron creados a partir de tecnolog\u00eda similar a la que se encuentra en tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles inteligentes y ordenadores, dejando en claro que los componentes son relativamente accesibles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ahora, estos dispositivos que imitan las complejas formas biol\u00f3gicas que se encuentran en el cerebro humano ser\u00e1n empleados para comprender mejor las enfermedades neurol\u00f3gicas, probar medicamentos y terapias que tienen potencial cl\u00ednico e entender en profundidad las diferencias individuales que marcan la amplia diversidad de resultados observados en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n neurol\u00f3gica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align:
