{"id":22049,"date":"2021-03-29T14:12:47","date_gmt":"2021-03-29T20:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=22049"},"modified":"2021-03-29T14:12:47","modified_gmt":"2021-03-29T20:12:47","slug":"el-comercio-electronico-en-mexico-ya-representa-el-9-del-total-del-retail-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/ecommerce\/el-comercio-electronico-en-mexico-ya-representa-el-9-del-total-del-retail-nacional\/","title":{"rendered":"El comercio electr\u00f3nico en M\u00e9xico ya representa el 9% del total del retail nacional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con el fuerte impulso derivado de la pandemia, el comercio electr\u00f3nico creci\u00f3 a niveles m\u00e1s que inesperados en M\u00e9xico y las cifras totales de ventas se alzaron hasta los $316,000 millones de pesos, de acuerdo a los c\u00e1lculos del\u00a0<strong>Estudio de Venta Online 2021<\/strong>\u00a0de la AMVO, cifra que\u00a0<strong>representa actualmente un 9% del total de las ventas del comercio\u00a0minorista\u00a0en el pa\u00eds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este escenario fue\u00a0<strong>confirmado<\/strong>\u00a0por Rodrigo Lanuza Acosta de la empresa ISELCO y Jaime Meschoulam de SELCO, ponentes en la conferencia titulada \u201cLas licencias ante la era digital y el efecto de la pandemia\u201d, presentaci\u00f3n en la que adem\u00e1s de darle a conocer a los participantes el impulso que ha tenido el eCommerce durante los \u00faltimos meses en el pa\u00eds,\u00a0<strong>tambi\u00e9n compartieron las categor\u00edas y retos que tiene este sector en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta exposici\u00f3n relacionada al comercio electr\u00f3nico form\u00f3 parte del Pabell\u00f3n del Conocimiento ofrecido dentro de la edici\u00f3n #84 de la Feria de Sapica, como valor agregado a sus expositores y compradores, con el fin de hacer hincapi\u00e9 en la relevancia que ha tomado este tema en M\u00e9xico por la situaci\u00f3n que vivimos a ra\u00edz del COVID-19.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>El miedo al contagio fortaleci\u00f3 el comercio electr\u00f3nico en M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Entre lo m\u00e1s destacado de su presentaci\u00f3n, los expertos explicaron que en base al comportamiento de los mexicanos inclinado a la compra online, motivado m\u00e1s que todo por el miedo que sentimos al contacto f\u00edsico,\u00a0<strong>se est\u00e1n buscado<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s soluciones con herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para que estos puedan adquirir los bienes que satisfagan sus necesidades<\/strong>\u00a0con un mayor grado de seguridad y confiabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los mayores retos que siempre ha tenido el comercio en l\u00ednea es la desconfianza del comprador; adem\u00e1s cabe recordar que aunque el canal digital se ha fortalecido, varios estudios demuestran que el consumidor mexicano\u00a0<strong>sigue prefiriendo hacer uso del canal tradicional para algunos tipos de compras<\/strong>; lo que probablemente se mantenga por m\u00e1s tiempo pero\u00a0<strong>hay que seguir avanzando en la construcci\u00f3n del eCommerce\u00a0<\/strong>con el fin de que pueda alcanzar un volumen de ventas similar al comercio offline.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Principales desaf\u00edos en eCommerce<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En tal sentido, los ponentes\u00a0<strong>puntualizaron los principales desaf\u00edos que consideran enfrenta el comercio electr\u00f3nico en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>\u00a0para que pueda continuar consolid\u00e1ndose como uno de los principales canales de compras para los consumidores. Entre estos est\u00e1n:<\/p>\n<p>1.- Nuevos canales de comercializaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de desplazarse del producto original a otros, en la medida que vayan apareciendo nuevas necesidades en los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>2.- M\u00e1s formas de comunicaci\u00f3n y multimedia.
