{"id":22295,"date":"2021-04-20T09:34:52","date_gmt":"2021-04-20T15:34:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=22295"},"modified":"2021-04-20T09:35:08","modified_gmt":"2021-04-20T15:35:08","slug":"desarrollan-una-tecnologia-que-permite-detectar-covid-19-con-muestras-de-sangre-u-orina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/coronavirus\/desarrollan-una-tecnologia-que-permite-detectar-covid-19-con-muestras-de-sangre-u-orina\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollan una tecnolog\u00eda que permite detectar covid-19 con muestras de sangre u orina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-drop-cap\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Un equipo de investigaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Kumamoto, en el suroeste de Jap\u00f3n, ha desarrollado una tecnolog\u00eda de an\u00e1lisis para comprobar si hay una infecci\u00f3n con la COVID-19 utilizando muestras de sangre u orina.<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n facilitada por los investigadores el martes, este nuevo m\u00e9todo, que tiene casi la misma precisi\u00f3n que el sistema convencional de las pruebas de reacci\u00f3n en la cadena de la polimerasa, o PCR (por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), utilizado en todo el mundo, puede reducir los riesgos de infecci\u00f3n entre aquellos que realizan los test ya que la sangre y la orina apenas contienen coronavirus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El equipo de investigadores, del que forma parte el profesor de la Universidad de Kumamoto Tomizawa Kazuhito, descubri\u00f3 que cuando una persona queda infectada con el nuevo coronavirus dos tipos de nucle\u00f3sidos modificados result\u00f3 en su sangre y su orina.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cuando los investigadores analizaron muestras de sangre y orina tomada de unas 200 personas infectadas, pudieron confirmar un aumento en los niveles de nucle\u00f3sidos modificados. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Asimismo, descubrieron que este aumento est\u00e1 conectado con la gravedad de la enfermedad y los efectos del tratamiento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El equipo desarrolla esta investigaci\u00f3n junto al fabricante japon\u00e9s de instrumentos de precisi\u00f3n Shimadzu Corp.
