representa una lucha pol\u00edtica en diferentes campos de batalla, uno de ellos es el electoral.<\/p>\n<p>La alianza PRI-PAN-PRD, se ha ganado a pulso, el calificativo de conservadores, por pretender restaurar un modelo econ\u00f3mico de libre mercado, donde las trasnacionales son las que dominan los sectores estrat\u00e9gicos; su estrategia de una sistem\u00e1tica e irracional campa\u00f1a contra el titular del ejecutivo federal, utilizando medios nacionales e internacionales, convirtiendo al INE en un instrumento a su disposici\u00f3n y operando a modo; a pesar de los 88 asesinatos pol\u00edticos, fundamentalmente en municipios, percibi\u00e9ndose como espacios donde el crimen organizado se ha venido empoderando, sin faltar los compromisos de algunos candidatos con el narco, como el de San Luis Potos\u00ed para gobernador y el financiamiento a grupos como el de Claudio X Gonz\u00e1lez, por parte de organizaciones estadounidenses intervencionistas; con todo esto solo han logrado fortalecer al federalismo de la 4\u00aaT.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien en la jornada electoral del 6 de junio, no se espera carro completo para nadie, tambi\u00e9n es cierto que seg\u00fan las encuestas y los comentarios de radio pasillo, ser\u00e1 MORENA la que logre las posiciones m\u00e1s significativas.<\/p>\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo domingo 6 de junio, se visualiza una confrontaci\u00f3n que se ha venido alimentado con ofensas y descalificaciones, a falta de razones y propuestas, la oferta pol\u00edtica va de trivialidades a propuestas sin sentido, ni fundamento ideol\u00f3gico, sobre todo de los grupos que se sustentan en la corrupci\u00f3n, donde el poder judicial se enarbola como su principal aliado dado su car\u00e1cter mercenario, torciendo la ley claro, a cambio de dinero, manchando la funci\u00f3n sublime de aplicar la justicia, someti\u00e9ndola a los intereses de trasnacionales y del crimen organizado, en su calidad de mejor postor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQui\u00e9n en su sano juicio, negar\u00eda que en lo referente a los juzgados y ministerios p\u00fablicos no prevalece la componenda y los juicios a modo, donde el determinante es el dinero, as\u00ed sean v\u00edctimas o victimarios?<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte la econom\u00eda mexicana da signos de recuperaci\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s del freno que represent\u00f3 el confinamiento por la pandemia, el Indicador Global de la Actividad Econ\u00f3mica de marzo del 2021, seg\u00fan INEGI, creci\u00f3 2.6% respecto al mes previo, pero solo se increment\u00f3 0.4% respecto al mismo mes del 2020; en el primer trimestre del 2021 el PIB creci\u00f3 en 0.8% respecto al trimestre previo, pero disminuy\u00f3 en menos 2.8% respecto al mismo periodo del 2020, dado que solo las actividades agropecuarias aumentaron en 2.6%; en cuanto a la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada pas\u00f3 de 42.8 millones de personas en abril del 2020, a 54.8 millones de personas ocupadas en el mismo mes del 2021; las cifras de la inversi\u00f3n bruta fija publicadas por INEGI, para febrero del 2021 fueron de 2.4% respecto al mes anterior, pero compar\u00e1ndola con la registrada en el mismo mes del 2020 la cifra representa menos 3.5%, el sector m\u00e1s afectado fue la construcci\u00f3n que se contrajo en menos 6.7%.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque no hay cifras publicadas recientemente en materia del Gasto en Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Experimental (GIDE), respecto al PIB en 2010 represent\u00f3 el 0.54% y para 2017 se redujo a 0.48%; la poca inversi\u00f3n en\u00a0 investigaci\u00f3n es el indicador de la pandemia del rezago tecnol\u00f3gico, las cifras de la 4\u00aaT en este rubro no se han hecho p\u00fablicas, \u00bfser\u00e1 igual que el IMPI que ya dejo de publicar estad\u00edsticas respecto a las patentes?<\/p>\n<p>En la oferta pol\u00edtica de los candidatos a elegir el pr\u00f3ximo domingo, ninguno consider\u00f3 este importante rubro, de persistir el rezago tecnol\u00f3gico, tanto conservadores como transformadores, ser\u00e1n los responsables del fracaso<br \/>\necon\u00f3mico y social en el futuro. Sin tecnolog\u00eda no nos desarrollaremos.
