{"id":23216,"date":"2021-06-18T08:48:41","date_gmt":"2021-06-18T14:48:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=23216"},"modified":"2021-06-18T08:49:48","modified_gmt":"2021-06-18T14:49:48","slug":"el-aislante-acustico-mas-ligero-del-mundo-podria-reducir-radicalmente-el-ruido-de-los-motores-de-los-aviones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/tech\/el-aislante-acustico-mas-ligero-del-mundo-podria-reducir-radicalmente-el-ruido-de-los-motores-de-los-aviones\/","title":{"rendered":"El aislante ac\u00fastico m\u00e1s ligero del mundo podr\u00eda reducir radicalmente el ruido de los motores de los aviones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este aerogel a base de grafeno es el material de aislamiento ac\u00fastico m\u00e1s ligero jam\u00e1s fabricado, afirman los investigadores de la Universidad de Bath, que han demostrado su capacidad para amortiguar el ruido hasta en 16 decibelios a pesar de pesar s\u00f3lo 2,1 kg por metro c\u00fabico.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puede que el peso no sea un factor tan importante en el caso de las espumas ac\u00fasticas, pero para situar la densidad de este aerogel en su contexto, comp\u00e1relo con un absorbente ac\u00fastico convencional de poli\u00e9ster y uretano como el Kinetics KUA, que fue \u201cdesarrollado para absorber la m\u00e1xima energ\u00eda ac\u00fastica con el m\u00ednimo peso y grosor\u201d, con una densidad de 32 kg\/m3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por tanto, en una aplicaci\u00f3n determinada, este nuevo \u201caerogel de \u00f3xido de grafeno y alcohol polivin\u00edlico\u201d, introducido en un panal de Nomex, pesar\u00eda menos de una quinceava parte de una instalaci\u00f3n de espuma ac\u00fastica tradicional equivalente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ning\u00fan lugar el peso es tan cr\u00edtico como en el sector aeroespacial, y el equipo de Bath ha identificado el aislamiento de las g\u00f3ndolas de los motores de los aviones como un mercado potencial clave para esta tecnolog\u00eda, poniendo como ejemplo que podr\u00eda reducir el ruido de la cabina de un avi\u00f3n de pasajeros de los 105 dB actuales a algo m\u00e1s cercano a un secador de pelo de 95 dB.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-135015\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/aislante-acustico-mas-ligero-del-mundo-1.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1440px) 100vw, 1440px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/aislante-acustico-mas-ligero-del-mundo-1.jpg 1440w, https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/aislante-acustico-mas-ligero-del-mundo-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/aislante-acustico-mas-ligero-del-mundo-1-768x432.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"810\" \/><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Se trata de un material muy interesante que podr\u00eda aplicarse de muchas maneras: inicialmente en el sector aeroespacial, pero potencialmente en muchos otros campos, como la automoci\u00f3n y el transporte mar\u00edtimo, as\u00ed como en la edificaci\u00f3n y la construcci\u00f3n. Conseguimos producir una densidad tan extremadamente baja utilizando una combinaci\u00f3n l\u00edquida de \u00f3xido de grafeno y un pol\u00edmero, que se forma con burbujas de aire batido y se congela. A un nivel muy b\u00e1sico, la t\u00e9cnica puede compararse con batir claras de huevo para hacer merengues: es s\u00f3lido pero contiene mucho aire, por lo que no hay que penalizar el peso ni la eficiencia para conseguir grandes mejoras en la comodidad y el ruido.<\/p>\n<p><cite>Michele Meo.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su art\u00edculo, los investigadores afirman que creen que el aerogel tendr\u00e1 otras propiedades \u00fatiles, como la resistencia al fuego y el apantallamiento electromagn\u00e9tico, y que tambi\u00e9n existe la posibilidad de seguir desarroll\u00e1ndolo para optimizar su capacidad de disipaci\u00f3n del calor, lo que ser\u00eda muy \u00fatil en el aislamiento de motores.
