La pandemia persiste en la llamada 3\u00aa ola, los agentes econ\u00f3micos, tanto trabajadores, como organizaciones productivas y autoridades, est\u00e1n buscando nuevas formas para no tener que aplicar otro freno a la econom\u00eda, los costos financieros y sociales incuantificables, d\u00e1ndose paso a inestabilidades pol\u00edticas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Las fuerzas pol\u00edticas, est\u00e1n en franca lucha por el poder en diferentes escenarios, los ultraderechistas por el predominio del libre mercado, favoreciendo los procesos de acumulaci\u00f3n financiera, donde la corrupci\u00f3n es un elemento activo y la reducci\u00f3n del Estado en la econom\u00eda, es requisito.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Por su parte las corrientes pol\u00edticas que est\u00e1n por una econom\u00eda con sentido social, sustentable y equitativo, buscan que la rector\u00eda de la econom\u00eda corresponda al Estado, para garantizar una mayor equidad social, respetando los derechos humanos y no cederla a las trasnacionales, que buscan el acceso m\u00e1s rentable a los recursos naturales estrat\u00e9gicos y al dominio de los mercados, principalmente de alimentos y f\u00e1rmacos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por su transversalidad, los procesos cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gicos son los determinantes del crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y de los mercados, por lo que la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, que no necesariamente es social, no representa la salida de la pandemia, la cual no tiene fecha para erradicarse.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El pasado 24 de julio se llev\u00f3 a cabo en M\u00e9xico la XXI reuni\u00f3n de Cancilleres de la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribe\u00f1os (CELAC) donde Alicia Barcena Secretaria Ejecutiva de la CEPAL, propuso la creaci\u00f3n de un <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan de Autosuficiencia Sanitaria <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> , con el prop\u00f3sito de superar la carencia de vacunas y de f\u00e1rmacos, que padecen los latinoamericanos, cuya dependencia de las grandes corporaciones transnacionales en estos rubros, es m\u00e1s que evidente.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La recuperaci\u00f3n de todas las econom\u00edas nacionales, desarrolladas o no, est\u00e1 en proporci\u00f3n directa a la disponibilidad de las vacunas, ya que si no se inocula a la poblaci\u00f3n, sobre todo a la fuerza laboral, el freno econ\u00f3mico se repetir\u00e1; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>los esquemas de vacunaci\u00f3n son muy diversos, por ejemplo en Am\u00e9ricalatina, Chile tiene vacunada al 55.9% de su poblaci\u00f3n, M\u00e9xico registra el 15.4%, pero hay naciones como Hait\u00ed que est\u00e1 en cero, Honduras, Venezuela y Guatemala no alcanzan el 1%.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Los decesos en el mundo por covid superan los 4.22 millones de los cuales el 30% se registraron en las naciones Latinoamericanas, o sea m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n 260 mil personas, en M\u00e9xico las cifras del anterior fin de semana, mostra 241 mil decesos, de los m\u00e1s de 2 millones 850 mil personas infectadas, se han recuperado el 78%.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La gran vulnerabilidad de las naciones con econom\u00edas emergentes, entre ellas M\u00e9xico, tiene dos grandes vertientes, la primera es el rezago en investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, sobre todo el aplicable al sector salud; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>la otra vertiente son las enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas como la diabetes y la hipertensi\u00f3n, que son consecuencia, en gran medida, de una alimentaci\u00f3n de baja calidad nutritiva, dado que predomina en los mercados alimentos con alto contenido de grasas, sodio, az\u00facares artificiales y sales, son productos provenientes del sistema agroalimentario industrial trasnacional, que ha venido a cambiar los patrones de consumo de nuestra poblaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, los frijoles que se consum\u00edan en M\u00e9xico eran naturales, provenientes de nuestro campo, hoy cada vez m\u00e1s, se consumen frijoles deshidratados o enlatados de importaci\u00f3n, con alto contenido de conservadores.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Son las grandes trasnacionales las que dominan la cadena global agroalimentaria industrial, utilizan herbicidas y transg\u00e9nicos, como el glifosato y otros agrot\u00f3xicos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Este tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n propicia obesidad y el surgimiento de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas que nos hacen vulnerables ante las contagiosas como el covid.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El crecimiento del PIB seg\u00fan INEGI para el segundo trimestre de este 2021 es de 19.6%, respecto al mismo periodo del 2020, pero respecto al trimestre anterior fue de 1.5%, desde la perspectiva de la CEPAL, el crecimiento proyectado para este 2021 ser\u00e1 del 5.8%, insuficiente para superar la ca\u00edda del 8.6% del 2020, el crecimiento estimado para 2022 ser\u00e1 de 3.2%, que tampoco ser\u00e1 suficiente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Si los desarrollos cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gicos no llegan a los procesos econ\u00f3micos de los peque\u00f1os productores, manufactureros y del campo, nuestra econom\u00eda no superar\u00e1 los rezagos, ni alcanzar\u00e1 el crecimiento suficiente para disminuir la desigualdad.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
