<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpool.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0y aporta nuevos conocimientos esenciales sobre la gesti\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Un juicio de los autores, &#8220;acelerar\u00e1 el desarrollo de nuevos materiales para convertir el calor residual en energ\u00eda y para el uso eficiente de los combustibles&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Supone, adem\u00e1s, un gran avance en el control del flujo de calor a escala at\u00f3mica, logrado mediante el dise\u00f1o de materiales, explica una nota de la universidad brit\u00e1nica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El equipo, dirigido por Matt Rosseinsky y Jon Alaria, dise\u00f1\u00f3 y sintetiz\u00f3 el nuevo material de manera que combinara dos disposiciones diferentes de \u00e1tomos que, seg\u00fan se ha constatado, reducen la velocidad a la que el calor se desplaza por la estructura de un s\u00f3lido.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Este nuevo material, con dos disposiciones combinadas, tiene una conductividad t\u00e9rmica mucho menor que cualquiera de los materiales originales con una sola disposici\u00f3n, un resultado que los resultados inesperados.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Si se toma la conductividad t\u00e9rmica del acero como 1, entonces una barra de titanio es 0,1, el agua y un ladrillo de construcci\u00f3n es 0,01, el nuevo material es 0,001 y el aire es 0,0005.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Aproximadamente el 70% de toda la energ\u00eda generada en el mundo se desperdicia en forma de calor y el desarrollo de materiales termoel\u00e9ctricos nuevos y m\u00e1s eficaces, capaces de convertir el calor en electricidad, se considera una fuente de energ\u00eda limpia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">&#8220;El material que hemos descubierto tiene la conductividad t\u00e9rmica m\u00e1s baja de cualquier s\u00f3lido inorg\u00e1nico y es casi tan mal conductor del calor como el propio aire&#8221;, se\u00f1ala Rosseinsky.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Seg\u00fan el investigador las implicaciones de este descubrimiento son importantes, tanto para la comprensi\u00f3n cient\u00edfica fundamental como para las aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas en dispositivos termoel\u00e9ctricos que recogen el calor residual, y como revestimientos de barrera t\u00e9rmica para turbinas de gas m\u00e1s eficientes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Para Alaria, &#8220;el hallazgo emocionante de este estudio es que es posible mejorar la propiedad de un material utilizando conceptos de f\u00edsica complementaria y una interfaz atom\u00edstica adecuada&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
