{"id":2397,"date":"2016-05-16T12:20:59","date_gmt":"2016-05-16T18:20:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=2397"},"modified":"2016-05-16T12:20:59","modified_gmt":"2016-05-16T18:20:59","slug":"impresora-copyright","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/3d\/impresora-copyright\/","title":{"rendered":"IBM patenta una impresora que se niega a imprimir o copiar obras protegidas por copyright"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los sistemas DRM y dem\u00e1s protecciones anticopia son el pan de cada d\u00eda en industrias como la m\u00fasica o el cine, pero nunca hasta ahora se hab\u00edan extendido al papel.<!--more--> IBM acaba de patentar precisamente eso: una impresora que se niega a copiar o imprimir fotos o textos protegidos por copyright y cuya reproducci\u00f3n no autorizada est\u00e1 prohibida.<\/p>\n<p>La patente define un dispositivo conectado que, cuando se le ordena imprimir un documento o fotopiarlo, lo escanea y lo compara con una base de datos online. Si la obra tiene alg\u00fan tipo de copyright, examina si el propietario tiene licencia para reproducirla. Si no es ese el caso, sencillamente se niega a imprimir ese documento en concreto.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/ys8kccfsn4ap1pdb5vnx.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2398 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/ys8kccfsn4ap1pdb5vnx.png\" alt=\"ys8kccfsn4ap1pdb5vnx\" width=\"822\" height=\"885\" srcset=\"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/ys8kccfsn4ap1pdb5vnx.png 822w, https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/ys8kccfsn4ap1pdb5vnx-600x646.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 822px) 100vw, 822px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo que describe la patente, el sistema es capaz de reconocer entre permisos de reproducci\u00f3n total o parcial. La base de datos a la que consulta incorporar\u00e1 todo tipo de registros oficiales de propiedad intelectual como los n\u00fameros ISBN, o los de registro de la oficina de patentes de Estados Unidos. IBM tambi\u00e9n prev\u00e9 un sistema que facilite al usuario obtener una licencia de reproducci\u00f3n pag\u00e1ndola desde la propia impresora.<\/p>\n<p>Huelga decir que es altamente improbable que ning\u00fan usuario dom\u00e9stico vaya a querer esta impresora jam\u00e1s, pero el dispositivo podr\u00eda tener su valor en centros especializados en los que est\u00e1 prohibido realizar copias de documentos sin autorizaci\u00f3n. De momento IBM no ha anunciado ning\u00fan dispositivo que vaya a integrar la tecnolog\u00eda integrada en la patente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los sistemas DRM y
