{"id":2475,"date":"2016-05-25T11:41:13","date_gmt":"2016-05-25T17:41:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=2475"},"modified":"2016-05-25T11:41:13","modified_gmt":"2016-05-25T17:41:13","slug":"primera-oficina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/3d\/primera-oficina\/","title":{"rendered":"La impresi\u00f3n 3D logra un nuevo hito: la primera oficina operativa abre en Dubai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00f3lo necesitaron tres semanas, exactamente 17 d\u00edas para crear desde un cero\u00a0las primeras oficinas impresas en 3D totalmente funcionales<!--more-->, y decimos que son las primeras porque ya hemos visto\u00a0prototipos\u00a0creados a base de la impresi\u00f3n 3D, pero que al final quedaron en eso, en prototipos y al d\u00eda de hoy nadie vive ni trabaja all\u00ed, no hasta el momento.<\/p>\n<p>Este logro se llev\u00f3 a cabo en Dubai, la ciudad donde\u00a0todo es posible, donde finalmente\u00a0han inaugurado\u00a0un proyecto que\u00a0dieron a conocer el a\u00f1o pasado, al que ellos se refieren como el &#8220;primer edificio&#8221;, pero vamos, s\u00f3lo tiene una planta, por ello es m\u00e1s\u00a0un espacio de oficinas creado totalmente con impresi\u00f3n 3D.<\/p>\n<h3>823 metros cuadros en impresi\u00f3n 3D<\/h3>\n<p>El proyecto inicial apuntaba a un \u00e1rea de 600 metros cuadrados, pero finalmente fueron 823 metros, todo creado con una\u00a0incre\u00edble impresora 3D de 36,5 metros de alto y 12 metros de ancho, la cual es capaz de crear estructuras de hasta dos pisos, pero que en esta ocasi\u00f3n, y al tratarse del primer proyecto de este tipo, s\u00f3lo se mantuvo en una planta, donde se crearon m\u00f3dulos para oficinas en un tiempo r\u00e9cord de s\u00f3lo 17 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Toda la estructura fue creada con un material creado a base de hormig\u00f3n especial blindado (SRC), pl\u00e1stico reforzado con fibra (FRP) y fibra de vidrio reforzada con yeso (GRG), adem\u00e1s de que los interiores, acabados y algunos muebles y objetos tambi\u00e9n fueron fabricados con una impresora 3D.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1366_2000-21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2478 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1366_2000-21.jpg\" alt=\"1366_2000-2\" width=\"600\" height=\"332\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Durante la construcci\u00f3n\u00a0s\u00f3lo se necesito una persona\u00a0que estuvo supervisando que el trabajo se realizara de forma correcta, adem\u00e1s de que era la persona encargada de los modelos 3D y la programaci\u00f3n del software. Posteriormente se incorporaron 18 trabajadores entre electricistas, instaladores e ingenieros, quienes dieron los toques finales.<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s impresionante de todo, adem\u00e1s de las tres semanas de construcci\u00f3n, es que el presupuesto total de la obra fue de\u00a0s\u00f3lo 140.000 d\u00f3lares, incluyendo materiales y mano de obra, un logro que nos dice que la impresi\u00f3n 3D podr\u00eda ser el futuro de la construcci\u00f3n, ya que los avances que ofrece son realmente impresionantes ante lo que hoy tenemos en este campo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1366_2000-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2477 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1366_2000-2.jpg\" alt=\"1366_2000-2\" width=\"600\" height=\"332\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto estas oficinas ten\u00edan que representar algo importante para la ciudad, por lo que ser\u00e1n la sede temporal de la &#8216;Fundaci\u00f3n Futuro de Dubai&#8217;, que es la encargada de la construcci\u00f3n del\u00a0Museo del Futuro, que una vez terminado, estas oficinas pasar\u00e1n a ser la sede oficial de este importante proyecto, que por cierto tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 impreso en 3D. Estos esfuerzos tienen el objetivo de impulsar esta tecnolog\u00eda, para que en 2030 al menos\u00a0el 25% de las nuevas construcciones en Dubai sean fabricadas por medio de la impresi\u00f3n
