style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , la\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chalmers.se\/sv\/Sidor\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Chalmers<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0(Suecia) y el\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.riken.jp\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">instituto de investigaci\u00f3n RIKEN<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0(Jap\u00f3n), ha desarrollado un algoritmo de inteligencia artificial capaz de reconstruir \u2014a partir de un conjunto limitado de medidas\u2014 toda la informaci\u00f3n sobre un estado cu\u00e1ntico, problema que se conoce como tomograf\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica.<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El trabajo, publicado en\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/journals.aps.org\/prl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Physical Review Letters<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , supone un gran avance en la comprensi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo los sistemas de inteligencia artificial (IA) pueden ayudar al desarrollo de las tecnolog\u00edas cu\u00e1nticas del futuro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cualquier objeto en el mundo cu\u00e1ntico est\u00e1 completamente descrito por su\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">estado<\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0cu\u00e1ntico. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La capacidad de manipular y controlar estos estados es clave para el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas cu\u00e1nticas en campos como la computaci\u00f3n, las comunicaciones o la metrolog\u00eda. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Es por esto que, para la f\u00edsica actual, resulta crucial conocer los estados cu\u00e1nticos que se generan en un laboratorio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201cEl \u00fanico modo de obtener esta informaci\u00f3n \u2014explican los autores\u2014 es a trav\u00e9s de medidas, las cuales, por lo general, destruyen dicho estado y arrojan solo una informaci\u00f3n parcial sobre el mismo. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Repetir este proceso much\u00edsimas veces y obtener en cantidades de medidas es la \u00fanica manera de hacer un an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico que permita inferir el estado que se genera realmente en el experimento. &#8220;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.madrimasd.org\/uploads\/imagen1141021.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una red neuronal puede aprender a reconstruir un estado cu\u00e1ntico completo a partir de un conjunto de medidas. \/ UAM<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLa tomograf\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica \u2014detallan\u2014 es una especie de proceso detectivesco muy desafiante. Esto se debe a que, en el tipo de sistemas necesarios para aplicaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas de la f\u00edsica cu\u00e1ntica, la complejidad de los estados, el n\u00famero de medidas necesarias y la dificultad de los c\u00e1lculos se vuelven muy grandes\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Inteligencia artificial generativa\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En su trabajo, los investigadores dise\u00f1aron una inteligencia artificial capaz de afrontar esta tarea. El dise\u00f1o se basa en redes neuronales, es decir, en modelos simplificados de los mecanismos de conexiones neuronales del cerebro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En este caso, los autores emplearon dos redes neuronales que compiten entre ellas y aprenden en el proceso, lo que se conoce como redes neuronales generativas adversarias (GANs). La capacidad creativa de las redes GAN es ampliamente utilizada en la industria actual, para tareas como la restauraci\u00f3n y modificaci\u00f3n de fotos o la generaci\u00f3n fotorrealista de im\u00e1genes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEl resultado de este trabajo es uno de los algoritmos de tomograf\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y eficientes dise\u00f1ado hasta la fecha.
