{"id":25016,"date":"2021-10-18T15:40:05","date_gmt":"2021-10-18T21:40:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=25016"},"modified":"2021-10-18T15:40:05","modified_gmt":"2021-10-18T21:40:05","slug":"las-mega-tendencias-tecnologicas-modificaran-la-vida-de-la-sociedad-global","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/articulo-otech\/las-mega-tendencias-tecnologicas-modificaran-la-vida-de-la-sociedad-global\/","title":{"rendered":"Las Mega Tendencias Tecnol\u00f3gicas Modificaran la Vida de la Sociedad Global"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El binomio ciencia-tecnolog\u00eda, se ha venido desarrollando a velocidades nunca antes visto, su ritmo exponencial ha impactado toda actividad humana, no se trata de una transformaci\u00f3n meramente cient\u00edfica y\/o tecnol\u00f3gica, sino que su intensa y cada vez m\u00e1s amplificada y multidimensional interacci\u00f3n ha producido cambios radicales en los procesos productivos, el uso de nuevos materiales y nuevas metodolog\u00edas de gesti\u00f3n, la velocidad de su transformaci\u00f3n supera a las instituciones p\u00fablicas, las cuales por su\u00a0 falta de actualizaci\u00f3n se han visto rebasadas para poder regular, sobre todo a los mercados f\u00edsicos y virtuales.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las comunicaciones masivas, impactadas por las tecnolog\u00edas han derivado en la aceleraci\u00f3n incremental de los flujos de informaci\u00f3n, a niveles de petabytes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, han superado ya los conceptos de la sociedad informatizada de Castells y del Conocimiento de Drucker, ante los avances de la Inteligencia artificial y su gran diversidad de aplicaciones y la problem\u00e1tica de los microchips, lo que hace imperiosa la necesidad de una reflexi\u00f3n, respecto a la convergencia y las megatendencias tecnol\u00f3gicas que presentan un futuro altamente tecnol\u00f3gico,\u00a0 con una pobreza que ha persistido desde la \u00e9poca del colonialismo medieval, base de la acumulaci\u00f3n originaria del capital en pocas manos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el 2001 el Gobierno norteamericano por medio de la Fundaci\u00f3n Nacional de la Ciencia organiz\u00f3 un foro para el desarrollo del proyecto <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tecnolog\u00edas Convergentes para el mejoramiento del desempe\u00f1o humano<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aunque el verdadero prop\u00f3sito era garantizar la hegemon\u00eda de los EEUU en lo tecnol\u00f3gico, lo econ\u00f3mico y lo militar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las tecnolog\u00edas convergentes se refer\u00edan a la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nanotecnolog\u00eda<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a nivel molecular, la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Biotecnolog\u00eda<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contemplando la gen\u00f3mica, biolog\u00eda molecular, y sus aplicaciones a la industria farmac\u00e9utica, la agricultura y alimentos; la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infotecnolog\u00eda<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para el manejo de la informaci\u00f3n como el big data, la nube, telecomunicaciones, microelectr\u00f3nica y el c\u00f3mputo cu\u00e1ntico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ciencia Cognitiva<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, los estudios de la mente y el cerebro, con un enfoque sist\u00e9mico transdisciplinario, la neurociencia, la psicolog\u00eda cognitiva, la ling\u00fc\u00edstica y la filosof\u00eda de la mente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0La <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inteligencia artificial<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por los avances que ha registrado se le ha ubicado como una tecnolog\u00eda transversal, dado que sus aplicaciones est\u00e1n en toda actividad cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La necesidad tanto por el Cambio Clim\u00e1tico como por mejores rendimientos corporativos y el dominio de los mercados, se han identificado nuevos materiales de pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n, que hoy se han hecho indispensables para los desarrollos cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gicos como el litio, grafeno, torio, uranio, disulfuro de molibdeno y los llamados minerales raros: Escandio, itrio, lantano, cerio, praseodimio, neodimio, prometio, samario, europio, gadolinio, terbio, disprosio, holmio, erbio, tulio, iterbio y lutecio. El 97% los controla China.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las megatendencias son: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mayor automatizaci\u00f3n y virtualizaci\u00f3n <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de procesos econ\u00f3micos y sociales, en 2025 m\u00e1s de 50 mil millones de dispositivos estar\u00e1n conectados a internet, generar\u00e1n 79,4 Zetabytes <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de datos. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mayor Capacidad de Red<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con la 5G la transmisi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de milisegundos, a trav\u00e9s de control inal\u00e1mbrico se impactar\u00e1 la vida econ\u00f3mica y social.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infraestructura de Nube<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a\u00a0 fines del 2022 el 70% de las empresas utilizar\u00e1n la nube para aumentar su velocidad operativa y reducir costos. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f3mputo Cu\u00e1ntico<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y autos autodirigidos; Se intensificar\u00e1 la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inteligencia Artificial Aplicada<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, combinando el c\u00f3mputo cu\u00e1ntico con la inteligencia artificial y las neurociencias, abriendo la posibilidad de la nueva era de computadoras, con mayor capacidad, velocidad y precisi\u00f3n de procesamiento de informaci\u00f3n y de aprendizaje, como los cerebros humanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Software 2.0 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">donde las redes neuronales y el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico crear\u00e1n nuevos software haciendo posible una r\u00e1pida expansi\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de nuevas aplicaciones. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Arquitectura inform\u00e1tica de confianza<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para reducir los ciberdelitos; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la Bio revoluci\u00f3n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con la secuenciaci\u00f3n del ADN aplicando Inteligencia Artificial, terapias gen\u00e9ticas y medicamentos hipersonalizados; y las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tecnolog\u00edas limpias<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para el suministro de energ\u00eda verde y sostener el crecimiento tecnol\u00f3gico exponencial.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin lugar a dudas que la vida va cambiar, tanto por el cambio clim\u00e1tico, las nuevas enfermedades, pero sobre todo por el desarrollo cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gico, si toda \u00e9sta tecnolog\u00eda carece de \u00e9tica y de un sentido social, los millones de marginados por el libre mercado, seguir\u00e1n condenados a padecer hambre y enfermedades \u00bfla desigualdad y la pobreza se perpetuar\u00e1n ante los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
