Helion;\u00a0tambi\u00e9n logr\u00f3 sostener plasmas durante m\u00e1s de 1 milisegundo y logr\u00f3 campos magn\u00e9ticos superiores a 10 Tesla con los que comprimir plasmas durante el proceso de fusi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Donde muchos proyectos de fusi\u00f3n apuntan a desarrollar calor para crear vapor e impulsar turbinas, Helion ha demostrado un enfoque electromagn\u00e9tico que dice es mucho m\u00e1s eficiente.\u00a0A medida que los iones de deuterio y helio-3 en un plasma de alta beta se rompen y se fusionan, se libera energ\u00eda y el plasma se expande.\u00a0Esta expansi\u00f3n, dice Helion, provoca cambios en el flujo magn\u00e9tico del plasma, que &#8220;empuja hacia atr\u00e1s el campo as\u00ed como nuevas reacciones de fusi\u00f3n&#8221;.\u00a0Helion dice que &#8220;ha demostrado una recuperaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda con un 95 por ciento de eficiencia&#8221; y &#8220;ha demostrado que sus imanes funcionan con un 95 por ciento de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica&#8221;, todo lo cual deber\u00eda ayudar a la ecuaci\u00f3n general.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
