{"id":25252,"date":"2021-11-12T10:51:11","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T16:51:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=25252"},"modified":"2021-11-12T10:51:37","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T16:51:37","slug":"dos-nuevos-records-mundiales-de-fotovoltaica-de-perovskita-en-tandem-4t","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/energias-alternas\/dos-nuevos-records-mundiales-de-fotovoltaica-de-perovskita-en-tandem-4t\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos nuevos r\u00e9cords mundiales de fotovoltaica de perovskita en t\u00e1ndem 4T"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Un equipo internacional de investigaci\u00f3n optimiza a\u00fan m\u00e1s las c\u00e9lulas solares de perovskita transparentes para aplicaciones en t\u00e1ndem.<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Aumenta la eficiencia de la fotovoltaica en t\u00e1ndem de perovskita 4T<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En Europa existe una alianza que est\u00e1 logrando grandes resultados en el campo de las perovskitas solares.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Se trata de European Solliance Solar Research, un consorcio con sede en los Pa\u00edses Bajos fundado por TNO, la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Eindhoven y el Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica de Holanda.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En la actualidad, Solliance cuenta con una densa red de institutos y cient\u00edficos que trabajan juntos en las \u00faltimas tecnolog\u00edas fotovoltaicas para acelerar su desarrollo y eficiencia. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Por tanto, no es de extra\u00f1ar que el nuevo r\u00e9cord mundial de fotovoltaica de perovskita en t\u00e1ndem de 4T proceda de all\u00ed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La soluci\u00f3n en t\u00e1ndem ofrece una v\u00eda viable y atractiva para aumentar la eficiencia de las c\u00e9lulas y los m\u00f3dulos del mercado. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Combinando diferentes unidades solares (es decir, semiconductores con diferentes bandas prohibidas) una sobre otra para aumentar la cantidad de luz utilizada. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Y cuanto mayor sea el espectro de luz absorbido sea, mayor ser\u00e1 el rendimiento. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La arquitectura fotovoltaica en t\u00e1ndem puede ser de 4 o 2 terminales (4T o 2T), dependiendo de si las c\u00e9lulas suministran electricidad por separado o no.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La opci\u00f3n de las 4T tiene una serie de ventajas pr\u00e1cticas que permiten aprovechar la experiencia y las metodolog\u00edas ya disponibles en el sector. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Y resulta especialmente interesante en combinaci\u00f3n con la estructura de\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/paneles-solares-doble-cara-y-sistema-seguimiento-solar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">doble cara<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Dos nuevos r\u00e9cords solares.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El nuevo avance de Solliance llega exactamente en este punto. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Tras los r\u00e9cords ya alcanzados en abril de 2021, el consorcio, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el grupo M2N de Ren\u00e9 Janssen en la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Eindhoven, ha optimizado a\u00fan m\u00e1s las c\u00e9lulas de perovskita de banda ancha (1,69 eV) con alta transparencia. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Un paso necesario antes de la aplicaci\u00f3n en el t\u00e1ndem 4T.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En concreto, la c\u00e9lula de perovskita alcanz\u00f3 una eficiencia estabilizada del 17,8%. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En combinaci\u00f3n con la c\u00e9lula de silicio inferior de Panasonic, el grupo estableci\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9cord mundial. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El nuevo t\u00e1ndem fotovoltaico 4T de perovskita \/ silicio tiene una eficiencia del 29,2%. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El valor m\u00e1s alto de su clase.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Y este no es el \u00fanico r\u00e9cord alcanzado. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En combinaci\u00f3n con una c\u00e9lula CIGS inferior de Miasol\u00e9, el equipo demostr\u00f3 una eficiencia r\u00e9cord del 27,1% para un t\u00e1ndem flexible de perovskita \/ CIGS 4T.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Fuente:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R.
