el futuro? las ideas se regeneran o trastocan, los valores cambian, la realidad y la virtualidad convergen y se hibridan, fluctuamos entre determinismos tecnol\u00f3gicos y distop\u00edas sociales, lo que hace m\u00e1s que imposible predecir hacia d\u00f3nde vamos, sin embargo un buen ejercicio es el que plante\u00f3\u00a0 Drucker, al identificar las tendencias estructurales, o sea los hechos que establecen las l\u00edneas de lo que puede suceder, el gur\u00fa del management part\u00eda de la retrospectiva, para convertir lo inesperado en una ventaja y la incertidumbre en una oportunidad.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caer en des\u00e1nimo no nos ayuda, a construir lo que se requiere, para enfrentar lo que ya es una evidencia, como los efectos del Cambio Clim\u00e1tico, despu\u00e9s de 2 semanas, de m\u00e1s discursos que de an\u00e1lisis y cumplimiento de compromisos, se gener\u00f3 un gran des\u00e1nimo, por lo que Greta Thunberg consider\u00f3 a la COP26 como un fracaso, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">las voces de las generaciones que padecer\u00e1n los efectos mayores fueron ignoradas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ante las falsas promesas, la indiferencia de los pol\u00edticos y las artima\u00f1as de los financieros, para hacer negocio del financiamiento de los 100 mil mdd, en apoyo a los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s pobres, para enfrentar con menos vulnerabilidad los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico, pero s\u00ed se otorgan como prestamos, solo profundizar\u00e1 su pobreza y marginalidad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si bien se plante\u00f3 poner fin a la deforestaci\u00f3n, reducir las emisiones de metano, que es el gas que m\u00e1s da\u00f1o causa despu\u00e9s del di\u00f3xido de carbono, cient\u00edficos han demostrado que se puede frenar las emisiones de metano aplicando tecnolog\u00edas existentes, el cuello de botella son las decisiones de los pol\u00edticos que regulen a las grandes corporaciones trasnacionales, las cuales a pesar de su propaganda de sustentabilidad, son renuentes a reducir sus emisiones de carbono, no cuentan en su mayor\u00eda, con estrategias para la transici\u00f3n a una \u201ceconom\u00eda neto cero\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Comunidad Europea present\u00f3 en 2019 una iniciativa para la transici\u00f3n hacia el \u201cneto cero\u201d esto es reducir las emisiones de carbono hasta llegar a cero en 2050, si bien estableci\u00f3 objetivos, no explic\u00f3 cu\u00e1nto debe de contribuir cada sector y pa\u00eds miembro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La india anunci\u00f3 en la COP 26 que lograr\u00eda emisiones netas cero para 2070, mucho despu\u00e9s que los compromisos de otros pa\u00edses, su compromiso es proporcionar el 50% de energ\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de recursos renovables y reducir las emisiones de carbono, proyectadas en mil millones de toneladas de di\u00f3xido de carbono para 2030; sin embargo muchos cient\u00edficos son esc\u00e9pticos, porque es f\u00e1cil hacer promesas a largo plazo, pero dif\u00edcil tomar las decisiones a corto plazo para poder cumplir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Reino Unido propuso un acuerdo para reducir el uso del carbono en sus actividades industriales y comerciales, acuerdo en el que no participaron China, Estados Unidos India y Australia, su ausencia representa un gran riesgo para alcanzar el objetivo del 2030 de 1,5\u00ba, porque esas naciones son las m\u00e1s emisoras de carbono, por ejemplo China lanz\u00f3 el equivalente al 31% del total de di\u00f3xido de carbono, seg\u00fan un informe elaborado por cient\u00edficos de la Global Carbon Project; por su parte Australia es uno de los principales productores y exportadores de carb\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tendencia de la concentraci\u00f3n del di\u00f3xido de carbono en la atm\u00f3sfera alcanza 414.7 partes por mill\u00f3n en 2021, mientras que en 1700 era de 277 partes por mill\u00f3n, un crecimiento de alto riesgo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica post pand\u00e9mica evidenci\u00f3 el retorno a la econom\u00eda del carbono y uso de combustibles f\u00f3siles, puesto que el di\u00f3xido de carbono se increment\u00f3 4,9%, por lo que una acci\u00f3n global concertada, es impostergable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte los representantes de las trasnacionales est\u00e1n negociando las resoluciones de la COP 26 para, no solo no perder rentabilidad, sino en c\u00f3mo lograr m\u00e1s capitalizaci\u00f3n, es parte de su naturaleza depredadora.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El incumplimiento de los acuerdos anteriores como el de Kioto de 1997, entre otros, en opini\u00f3n de los cient\u00edficos, en la COP 26 se evidenci\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de los problemas ambientales han empeorado, los que m\u00e1s han sido, y ser\u00e1n los m\u00e1s afectados, son los pa\u00edses pobres, mientras las naciones m\u00e1s ricas, junto con sus trasnacionales no han tenido que rendir cuentas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
