{"id":25513,"date":"2021-12-03T10:11:23","date_gmt":"2021-12-03T16:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=25513"},"modified":"2021-12-03T10:11:23","modified_gmt":"2021-12-03T16:11:23","slug":"la-importancia-de-aprender-a-asumir-en-los-proyectos-y-al-crear-un-negocio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/empresa\/la-importancia-de-aprender-a-asumir-en-los-proyectos-y-al-crear-un-negocio\/","title":{"rendered":"La importancia de aprender a asumir (en los proyectos y al crear un negocio)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer cuando el conocimiento necesario para dar el primer paso en nuestro emprendimiento excede nuestro presupuesto?<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hace poco le\u00ed un\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/article\/378395\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"follow noopener noreferrer\">art\u00edculo\u00a0ac\u00e1 en\u00a0<i>Entrepreneur<\/i><\/a>\u00a0que hablaba sobre c\u00f3mo\u00a0<b><i>asumir<\/i><\/b> puede causarnos muchos problemas en nuestra vida personal; y lo cierto es que es una reflexi\u00f3n importante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pero siempre he cre\u00eddo que es importante abordar las cosas desde m\u00faltiples puntos de vista; as\u00ed que ac\u00e1 les explicar\u00e9\u00a0<b>por qu\u00e9 debes aprender a asumir (y c\u00f3mo debes hacerlo)<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Asumir no es siempre malo<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lo primero que debes aceptar es que el significado de asumir no es negativo\u00a0<i>per se<\/i>; sino que asumir es una habilidad que se puede desarrollar como cualquier otra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El proyecto se usa muy a menudo al momento de estimar costos y duraciones, principalmente en las primeras etapas; m\u00e1s adelante lo veremos con un ejemplo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Y es que asumir es muy buen complemento de otras actividades como estimar o improvisar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Una vez le\u00ed que para ser muy bueno planificando deb\u00edas ser excepcional improvisando.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Solopreneur, \u00bfte suena?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vivimos en los a\u00f1os de la revoluci\u00f3n emprendedora y solopreneur; y si eres de los \u00faltimos, podr\u00e1s hacerte una mejor idea de lo que estoy por explicar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En una consultor\u00eda que hice a un emprendimiento, la due\u00f1a del proyecto me dijo; &#8220;Por cierto, yo soy due\u00f1a, gerente, fot\u00f3grafa, modelo, directora de marketing, jefa de ventas, desarrolladora y tester de productos, entre otros&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lo siguiente que me dijo fue &#8220;Necesito que esto funcione, y que la inversi\u00f3n inicial sea baja, \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el siguiente paso?&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mi respuesta fue: asumimos, asumimos a lo loco y como si no hubiera ma\u00f1ana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seguido le expliqu\u00e9 que \u00edbamos a realizar el proyecto en unas cuatro\u00a0o cinco iteraciones (o ciclos) y en cada una ir\u00edamos puliendo lo asumido en la iteraci\u00f3n anterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ahora s\u00ed veamos un ejemplo; para calcular el costo de hacer un producto, combo de caf\u00e9 con un pan por decir algo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>C\u00f3mo estimar asumiendo (casi) todo<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En nuestra primera iteraci\u00f3n hicimos una estimaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de la inversi\u00f3n inicial, \u00bfel costo de las m\u00e1quinas? asumido, el \u00bfcosto de alquiler? asumido; \u00bfla estimaci\u00f3n de ventas? asumida obviamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta primera iteraci\u00f3n tom\u00f3 una noche, pero fue importante para plasmar en papel lo que hasta entonces hab\u00eda sido solo una idea desordenada y con nula planificaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En una noche pudimos estimar el costo de poner una taza de caf\u00e9 y de un pan con queso y jam\u00f3n caliente sobre una mesa; no era un n\u00famero exacto, pero era un n\u00famero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En las siguientes iteraciones hubo cotizaciones, indagaciones, y claro algunas compras cerradas; cada cual se iba sobrescribiendo en nuestra primera estimaci\u00f3n aproxim\u00e1ndonos al costo real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfEl resultado? Nuestra estimaci\u00f3n (con casi todo asumido) y el presupuesto final no fueron n\u00fameros muy lejanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>El secreto de asumir correctamente<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Despu\u00e9s de leer la secci\u00f3n anterior debes estar pensando que algo debemos haber hecho particularmente bien para que nuestro resultado asumido y el real no hayan sido muy diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Y tienes raz\u00f3n, ac\u00e1 el secreto:\u00a0<i>la experiencia<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asumir solo es funcional cuando se hace con fundamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mi clienta lleva a\u00f1os trabajando en el \u00e1rea de cafeter\u00eda y por ello pod\u00eda hacer estimaciones bastante precisas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Y ambos ten\u00edamos claro que no se puede ser experto en todo, por lo que tuvimos que hacer varias llamadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As\u00ed que ah\u00ed te va el secreto del secreto:\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/article\/343088\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"follow noopener noreferrer\"><i>el networking<\/i><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asumir con precisi\u00f3n requiere conocimiento que no siempre vas a tener a mano, y es ah\u00ed cuando necesitar\u00e1s ayuda; no est\u00e1 mal reconocer que no lo sabes todo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Asumamos una reflexi\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ya para cerrar, entendamos que asumir constructivamente requiere experiencia y cordura; proyectar escenarios ut\u00f3picos es bonito pero raramente rentable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al inicio de tu proyecto, deber\u00e1s asumir duraciones, asumir costos, asumir riesgos potenciales, asumir que es o no rentable tu idea y trabajar en funci\u00f3n de ello.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si bien asumir no es lo que llevar\u00e1 tu proyecto al \u00e9xito, s\u00ed que puede representar ese pistoletazo de salida que tan importante es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fuente:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Espejo, G.
