As\u00ed, demuestra con datos que <strong>los mexicanos han priorizado todo lo que aporte positivamente a sus vidas (alimentaci\u00f3n sana y\/o ejercicio) como tambi\u00e9n han experimentado tristeza, ansiedad o depresi\u00f3n con demasiada frecuencia<\/strong>. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se lee todos estos en los h\u00e1bitos de consumo?<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consumidor mexicano post covid: Aleja los h\u00e1bitos que resten bienestar a su vida<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El 40 % de los consumidores considera que la pandemia impact\u00f3 positivamente en sus vidas,<\/strong>\u00a0siendo una etapa que les ayud\u00f3 a priorizar todo lo que contribuya a su salud y bienestar:\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/marketing4ecommerce.mx\/entre-las-golosinas-y-los-alimentos-sanos-asi-son-los-habitos-de-consumo-en-la-ninez-mexicana-kantar\/\">consumir alimentos m\u00e1s sanos<\/a>\u00a0(54 %), bajar de peso (42 %), beber menos o nada de alcohol (22 %), fumar menos o suspenderlo por completo (17 %). As\u00ed como mostrarse interesados en el confort de sus familias y el de los dem\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, ha decidido\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/marketing4ecommerce.mx\/ejercicio-y-cursos-online-conoce-los-cambios-en-las-aficiones-de-los-mexicanos-durante-la-pandemia\/\">invertir m\u00e1s tiempo en actividades f\u00edsicas<\/a>\u00a0al aire libre una vez que la pandemia pare y estacione:\u00a0<strong>solo el 7 % ha podido ejercitarse en exteriores, mostrando un \u00edndice de crecimiento de 44 % una vez que cese el riesgo de contagio.<\/strong>\u00a0Mientras tanto, el 18 % ya practicaba el ejercicio en casa durante la crisis, mientras que el 20 % lo ha hecho en pospandemia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El crecimiento de las familias mexicanas tambi\u00e9n se limit\u00f3 en t\u00e9rminos de natalidad, pues,\u00a0<strong>el 14 % decidi\u00f3 suspender o posponer los planes de tener hijos, mientras que solo el 4 % tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n en pandemia<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, el 14 % de los mexicanos asegur\u00f3 haber cambiado de pareja durante la emergencia sanitaria y un 15 % report\u00f3 haber adoptado una mascota.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1543924220871-0\" data-google-query-id=\"CNCdlcqS5vQCFdFH1QodYdkJUw\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Depresi\u00f3n y ansiedad: el enemigo invisible de la pandemia<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pero, tan comunes como los cambios de consumo han sido los sentimientos de apat\u00eda, depresi\u00f3n, tristeza, estr\u00e9s y ansiedad, trastornos que impactaron sobre un grupo considerable de mexicanos durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. Desde entonces,\u00a0<strong>el 13 % ha decidido buscar ayuda psicol\u00f3gica o tomar terapia, incluso los que consideran que la pandemia ha cambiado positivamente su vida.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las investigaciones de Bain &amp; Company tambi\u00e9n aseguran que<strong>\u00a0aquellos que reportan un cambio negativo a causa de la pandemia eligen ser m\u00e1s cautelosos respecto al contacto f\u00edsico o de la higiene al momento de salir de casa<\/strong> o acudir a espacios que concentren a un n\u00famero de personas mayor de lo habitual.
