{"id":25761,"date":"2022-01-03T10:29:08","date_gmt":"2022-01-03T16:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=25761"},"modified":"2022-01-04T09:51:16","modified_gmt":"2022-01-04T15:51:16","slug":"la-indolencia-de-los-ricos-ha-propiciado-las-crisis-sin-fronteras-por-una-lucha-por-el-futuro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/articulo-otech\/la-indolencia-de-los-ricos-ha-propiciado-las-crisis-sin-fronteras-por-una-lucha-por-el-futuro\/","title":{"rendered":"La Indolencia de los Ricos  Ha Propiciado las Crisis sin Fronteras   \u201cPor una Lucha por el Futuro\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vivimos crisis globales que impactan a todo ser humano y a toda forma de vida, estamos frente a un desaf\u00edo global en una l\u00ednea de tiempo hac\u00eda dos disyuntivas: hacia una forma de vida superior o a la extinci\u00f3n, mediante una sociedad dist\u00f3pica marcada por la violencia y la crueldad.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Cambio Clim\u00e1tico, la persistente Pandemia, la desigualdad, generada por la precarizaci\u00f3n de las econom\u00edas subdesarrolladas, la inflaci\u00f3n global, la migraci\u00f3n masiva, una tecnolog\u00eda centrada en gran medida al armamentismo genocida, la creciente criminalidad y la corrupci\u00f3n en todas sus formas y niveles, sin faltar el resurgimiento de fuerzas pol\u00edticas antisociales y racistas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identificar sus fronteras significa dimensionar cu\u00e1les son los conocimientos cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gicos que tenemos que desarrollar y aplicar, cu\u00e1les son las normas y leyes\u00a0 que se tienen que legislar, cu\u00e1les son los mecanismos para cambiar al sistema de mercado, por una econom\u00eda social, sustentable e incluyente, pero sobre todo una cultura global de valores colaborativos-sin\u00e9rgicos. Los obst\u00e1culos son los intereses financieros, pol\u00edticos y hegem\u00f3nicos, propios de un modelo capitalista-neoliberal, cambiarlo es necesario e impostergable, pero lograrlo no es ni f\u00e1cil ni r\u00e1pido.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los pa\u00edses industrializados han sustentado su crecimiento en los combustibles f\u00f3siles, explotando irracionalmente los recursos naturales y humanos del planeta, son los principales emisores de gases de efecto invernadero; El Laboratorio de Desigualdad Global, public\u00f3 que un estadounidense emite en promedio anual 20 toneladas de di\u00f3xido de carbono, un europeo 10 toneladas, China 8 toneladas y Am\u00e9rica Latina 4 toneladas, sin embargo las regiones latinoamericanas y africanas registran las peores sequ\u00edas en 50 a\u00f1os, adem\u00e1s las inundaciones por los huracanes; por lo que los deudores del Cambio Clim\u00e1tico son las naciones Industrializadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reporte Mundial sobre la Desigualdad 2022<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD), se describe que el 1% de la poblaci\u00f3n que concentra los mayores ingresos en M\u00e9xico, generan 44 veces m\u00e1s contaminaci\u00f3n, que el 50% de los mexicanos que se localizan en la parte media y baja de la pir\u00e1mide.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las naciones industrializadas, est\u00e1n obligadas, por un lado a reconvertir su econom\u00eda hacia procesos verdes, sin lesionar los acuerdos comerciales ya establecidos, adem\u00e1s aportar fondos para que los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s rezagados puedan enfrentar los efectos del Cambio Clim\u00e1tico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pesar de que en el 2009 las naciones industrializadas se comprometieron a proporcionar 100 mil mdd, no solo no lo han cumplido, sino que adem\u00e1s, en caso de que aportar\u00e1n el equivalente al 70%, lo har\u00edan en forma de pr\u00e9stamos, es decir que para esas naciones es negocio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La indolencia de los ricos se evidencia tambi\u00e9n, en los para\u00edsos fiscales: las Islas V\u00edrgenes Brit\u00e1nicas, las Bermudas, Islas Caim\u00e1n y Andorra, sin faltar claro los propios EU,\u00a0 capitales cuyo monto fluct\u00faa entre 21 y 32\u00a0 trillones de d\u00f3lares, provenientes tanto de evasores de impuestos, como del crimen organizado, seg\u00fan la Financial Secrecy Index\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La organizaci\u00f3n de an\u00e1lisis cient\u00edficos <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Airfinity<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> declar\u00f3 que distintos pa\u00edses destinaron m\u00e1s de 8 mil 600 mdd en investigaci\u00f3n para lograr las vacunas contra el COVID, sin embargo son 6 las farmac\u00e9uticas: Johnson &amp; johnson, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Moderna, Biotech y Novavax, que adem\u00e1s de ser las propietarias de las patentes, su valor burs\u00e1til se increment\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 350 mil mdd. Mientras no se vacune a todos los habitantes del planeta, no se podr\u00e1 erradicar el COVID, pero la indolencia de estas trasnacionales para liberar las patentes y apoyar a las naciones pobres es insultante.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impulsar un cambio en el proceso hist\u00f3rico, para cambiar la ruta hacia la extinci\u00f3n, implica, como lo dice Umair Haque, es poner al ser humano y la vida en el centro de los sistemas Pol\u00edticos y de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, as\u00ed como lograr un cambio en los modelos econ\u00f3micos, pasar de la maximizaci\u00f3n de la ganancia con un m\u00ednimo costo, propia del libre mercado, al fundamento de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impacto negativo m\u00ednimo para un impacto positivo m\u00e1ximo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, luchar por el futuro es rescatar que como especie <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">somos seres sociales que nos cuidamos unos a otros y a toda forma de vida y no vida que nos rodea<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La lucha por el futuro es hoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
