Un avance que podr\u00eda permitir a hospitales aplicar un tipo de tatuaje temporal y eliminar la necesidad de cables y clips.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda es casi como un\u00a0tatuaje temporal, solo que en lugar de satisfacer una finalidad est\u00e9tica, estos circuitos flexibles en realidad soportan la gama de frecuencias de 0,3 gigahercios a 300 gigahercios, cayendo\u00a0directamente en el rango\u00a05G, refieren los desarrolladores.<\/p>\n<p>Para un tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil, el 5G permite velocidades m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas y mayor cobertura, pero con la electr\u00f3nica en la\u00a0epidermis, los ingenieros han abierto la posibilidad de que los usuarios puedan transmitir sus signos vitales a un m\u00e9dico incluso sin tener que salir de su casa.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien la idea no es \u00fanica, los circuitos integrados creados tienen un tama\u00f1o mucho m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que los desarrollados por otros investigadores.\u00a0Las l\u00edneas de transmisi\u00f3n hasta ahora se encontraban al rededor de los 640 micr\u00f3metros (0.64 mil\u00edmetros), pero la soluci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Madison mide s\u00f3lo 25 micr\u00f3metros (0.025 mil\u00edmetros) de espesor.<\/p>\n<p>Los circuitos integrados pueden ser estirados debido a su estructura \u00fanica, inspirada en los cables telef\u00f3nicos trenzados. Contienen, esencialmente, dos l\u00edneas de transmisi\u00f3n de energ\u00eda ultra-diminutas que se entrelazan repetidamente en curvas con forma de S.<\/p>\n<p>Esta forma de \u2018serpentina\u2019 formada en dos capas con bloques met\u00e1licos segmentados, como un rompecabezas en 3-D, da a las l\u00edneas de transmisi\u00f3n la capacidad de estirarse sin afectar a su rendimiento. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda a proteger las l\u00edneas de la interferencia externa y, al mismo tiempo, limita las\u00a0ondas electromagn\u00e9ticas\u00a0que fluyen a trav\u00e9s de ellas, eliminando casi totalmente la p\u00e9rdida de corriente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHemos encontrado una manera de integrar transistores activos de alta frecuencia en un circuito \u00fatil que puede ser inal\u00e1mbrico. Se trata de una plataforma, que abre la puerta a un mont\u00f3n de nuevas capacidades\u201d, dijo\u00a0Zhenqiang \u201cJack\u201d Ma, responsable de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto es apoyado por la Oficina de investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea, por lo que se estima que ser\u00e1 usada para apoyar a los pilotos y otros miembros de las fuerzas
