en Siria un mill\u00f3n 106 mil murieron en combates del 2018; seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional para las Migraciones (OIM) un mill\u00f3n 600 mil ni\u00f1os murieron o desaparecieron entre 2014 y 2018; en M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan las cifras del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica 934 ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os fueron v\u00edctimas de homicidio\u00a0doloso y feminicidio en 2020, ocasionados tanto por el llamado crimen organizado como por violencia intrafamiliar; estas cifras evidencian lo aberrante de un segmento de la sociedad, cuya demencia no les permite visualizar que los ni\u00f1os y las ni\u00f1as son el futuro de la humanidad.<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s grave es que \u00e9sta condici\u00f3n humana se est\u00e1 replicando en el contexto tecnol\u00f3gico, si bien lo dijo Jos\u00e9 Ortega y Gasset (1939) \u201csin la t\u00e9cnica-tecnolog\u00eda- el hombre no existir\u00eda ni habr\u00eda existido nunca\u201d este fil\u00f3sofo espa\u00f1ol define a la tecnolog\u00eda como \u201cla reforma que el hombre impone a la naturaleza, en vista de la satisfacci\u00f3n de sus necesidades\u201d.Esto ser\u00eda su aplicaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda es consustancial a la especie humana, no podr\u00edamos vivir si ella, sin embargo el desarrollo ciencia-tecnolog\u00eda es simbi\u00f3tico, amplificando rec\u00edprocamente, a una velocidad que supera las regulaciones de los diversos pa\u00edses, pasando de ser aliada de la humanidad, a ser instrumento de intereses mercantilistas, tanto de grandes corporaciones empresariales, como del macro crimen, que no buscan la sustentabilidad ni los derechos humanos, sino por el contrario, ven a la sociedad como una masa de consumidores,\u00a0relegando la condici\u00f3n humana a la irrelevancia, cuando dejan de comprar, \u00e9stas dos formas de organizaci\u00f3n privadas, convergen en la formaci\u00f3n de oligopolios trasnacionales, buscando el dominio de los mercados y el sometimiento de gobiernos, en aras de su febril b\u00fasqueda de la m\u00e1s alta ganancia, pero indiferentes a todo sentido social y humano.<\/p>\n<p>La sociedad global est\u00e1 inmersa en un proceso acelerado de tecnolog\u00edas y digitalizaci\u00f3n, que han impactado en todos los sectores sociales, donde la infancia no es la excepci\u00f3n, desde el momento en que millones de ni\u00f1os llegan al mundo se les inserta en los procesos digitales, desde la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica hasta las im\u00e1genes de sus primeros momentos.<\/p>\n<p>Millones de ni\u00f1os crecen a la par del desarrollo de sus capacidades tecno-digitales, ofreci\u00e9ndoseles un horizonte de aprendizaje en una ruta hacia un futuro mejor; pero no est\u00e1n exentos de riesgos ya que pueden ser v\u00edctimas de la tecno-digitalizaci\u00f3n, por los ciberdepredadores, que ven en los ni\u00f1os a los usuarios mas vulnerables; la seguridad en el espacio virtual no est\u00e1 garantizada al 100%, por ejemplo la plataforma de videojuegos Roblox que tiene mas de 60 millones de usuarios, que pueden crear su avatar en un video juego, la madre de una ni\u00f1a de 7 a\u00f1os denunci\u00f3 que su hija estaba viendo un videojuego donde el avatar, con la imagen de la ni\u00f1a, estaba siendo\u00a0v\u00edctima de una violaci\u00f3n grupal.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay millones de ni\u00f1os que no tienen el acceso al espacio digital, est\u00e1n marginados de todo tipo de tecnolog\u00eda, neg\u00e1ndoseles mejores condiciones de aprendizaje, limit\u00e1ndoseles el desarrollo de sus conocimientos y aptitudes, para transformar sus entornos socio-econ\u00f3micos, no podr\u00e1n romper los ciclos intergeneracionales de pobreza y marginaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las nuevas generaciones son tecnol\u00f3gicas, pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 es un ni\u00f1o tecnol\u00f3gico?
