Esto se tradujo en un alza de 16 %.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese marco,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/expedienteazul.com\/financiera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Expediente Azul<\/a>\u00a0no s\u00f3lo aplaudi\u00f3 las significativas cifras obtenidas, sino que\u00a0<strong>analiz\u00f3 y comparti\u00f3 cu\u00e1les son los retos del sector finctech para el 2022<\/strong>\u00a0con el prop\u00f3sito de que este siga fortaleci\u00e9ndose y logre, en un futuro no muy lejano, su consolidaci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><b>Estos son los principales retos del sector fintech para este a\u00f1o<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En consideraci\u00f3n de Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez, CEO de dicha plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica,<strong>\u00a0los desaf\u00edos est\u00e1n vinculados con procesos, regulaci\u00f3n, ciberseguridad y costo-beneficio<\/strong>. Repasemos los tres m\u00e1s importantes:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1.\u00a0 Aspectos legales y procedimentales<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Resulta innegable que la Ley Fintech ha esclarecido el panorama del uso de datos y los nuevos modelos de negocio en el sector (para que operen bajo la legalidad). Sin embargo,\u00a0<strong>las exigencias procedimentales son bastante costosas<\/strong>. Entre ellas destacan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Atender o asistir peticiones de informaci\u00f3n de la autoridad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contar con un oficial de cumplimiento contratado de planta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sostener las herramientas actualizadas, con el prop\u00f3sito de facilitar el actuar requerido o demandado.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En este punto es importante recordar que la regulaci\u00f3n de estas startups no se limita a dicha Ley, sino que\u00a0<strong>abarca una serie de normas secundarias<\/strong> expedidas por autoridades financieras como la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV). \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la traducci\u00f3n simple de esto? Los procesos son m\u00e1s lentos y demandantes de lo que se cree.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.\u00a0 Ciberseguridad para la empresa y los usuarios<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teniendo en cuenta que los delincuentes inform\u00e1ticos siempre est\u00e1n un paso adelante, resulta crucial para las fintech contar con proveedores o colaboradores internos que sean<strong>\u00a0expertos en seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo a la compa\u00f1\u00eda Kasperky, durante el confinamiento impuesto para frenar la expansi\u00f3n del coronavirus\u00a0<strong>los ataques de este \u00edndole aumentaron en un 100 %<\/strong>\u00a0y muchas compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00fan no le dan preponderancia a los cambios en materia de seguridad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 se sugiere? Que las empresas definan contratos de confidencialidad y\u00a0<strong>compartan datos relacionados con el tema con sus empleados y colaboradores<\/strong>; de esta manera, se genera tanto certeza jur\u00eddica como seguridad. Nunca se debe destacar la posibilidad de que la amenaza se genere desde adentro: algunos trabajadores pueden verse tentados a manipular o sustraer informaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.\u00a0Costos de desarrollo<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Desarrollar una startup financiera<strong>\u00a0supone una gran responsabilidad<\/strong>: el costo es elevado y el talento humano especializado para hacerlo de manera \u00f3ptima es escaso. En este contexto, se recomienda apoyarse de proveedores y servicios de terceros para acelerar el proceso (y dividir los gastos).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para que este ecosistema siga madurando en el pa\u00eds y atraiga a\u00fan m\u00e1s inversionistas, es indispensable que se impulse la transformaci\u00f3n digital de las empresas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Otros puntos claves<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gonz\u00e1lez inst\u00f3 a tomar en consideraci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s, los siguientes puntos claves: \u201c<em>Tener directivos y emprendedores abiertos al cambio,\u00a0<strong>actualizar el marco regulatorio interno para aceptar medios digitales<\/strong>, adaptar la oferta a un esquema digital de promoci\u00f3n como SocialSelling para B2B o Marketing Digital para B2C, digitalizar y automatizar el perfilamiento de oportunidades, y automatizar el re c\u00e1lculo de riesgo de cartera mientras las operaciones ya est\u00e1n colocadas\u201d<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fuente:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ram\u00edrez, M.
