Estos recortes se estrechan desde el edificio base de siete pisos, recogiendo las l\u00edneas del per\u00edmetro circundante bloquean el desarrollo y unifican las diferentes escalas urbanas. La intersecci\u00f3n vertical de la esquina interior en el lado noroeste tambi\u00e9n divide el edificio en torre y podio, dando al edificio una apariencia m\u00e1s esbelta&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<div le permitir\u00e1 generar electricidad, aunque todav\u00eda no hay confirmaci\u00f3n sobre qu\u00e9 capacidad ofrecer\u00e1.\u00a0Otras tecnolog\u00edas y dise\u00f1os ecol\u00f3gicos notables planificados para la torre de oficinas incluyen la gesti\u00f3n del agua de lluvia y un sistema de calefacci\u00f3n y refrigeraci\u00f3n geot\u00e9rmico de bajo consumo.\u00a0Un sistema de
