{"id":27973,"date":"2022-09-19T09:19:07","date_gmt":"2022-09-19T15:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=27973"},"modified":"2022-09-19T10:06:36","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T16:06:36","slug":"la-economia-del-metaverso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/articulo-otech\/la-economia-del-metaverso\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfLa Econom\u00eda del Metaverso?\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fue en junio de 1992 cuando se public\u00f3 por primera vez la novela de Neal Stephenson denominada <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Snow Crash<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, considerada como el gran best-seller de ciencia ficci\u00f3n y del ciberpunk, quien gener\u00f3 el t\u00e9rmino de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cmetaverso\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> donde el protagonista de la novela <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hiro<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se enfrenta al enigma de un virus que provocar\u00eda la llamada \u201cinfocalipsis\u201d, esto \u00faltimo tiene algo de realidad con la existencia de las fake news.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 28 de octubre del 2021 la trasnacional Facebook se transforma en Meta, dando paso a una inversi\u00f3n de 10 mil mdd, con la participaci\u00f3n de otras grandes empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas, entre las que se encuentran Epic Games, qui\u00e9n aport\u00f3 3 mil mdd, al tiempo que anunci\u00f3 su alianza con Lego para crear un metaverso para ni\u00f1os, y claro no faltaron Microsoft, Alphabet-Google, Apple, Roblox, Nvidia, Sony, Unity y Adobe entre otras, para desarrollar el proyecto del llamado <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMetaverso\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> .\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde entonces <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el metaverso<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es un concepto en constante transformaci\u00f3n, al grado que ya se le considera una econom\u00eda, desde la perspectiva de sus apologistas, el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cmetaverso\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ya est\u00e1 transformando la forma de hacer negocios e incluso modificando el comportamiento social de los usuarios, estim\u00e1ndose que su valor de mercado crecer\u00e1 en 400% hacia el 2030, con 2.5 billones de (Statista 2022) representando el 2.8% del PIB global. Las empresas que est\u00e1n llegando al metaverso son las que le est\u00e1n dando forma hacia la que est\u00e1 transitando.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Esta \u201cnueva econom\u00eda del metaverso\u201d es una convergencia de vidas f\u00edsicas y digitales, a trav\u00e9s de una gran diversidad de tecnolog\u00edas entre las que destacan la Realidad Virtual (RV), la Realidad Aumentada (RA), sin faltar la Inteligencia Artificial (AI), el Blockchain, el Multi User Virtual, Mirror World, Gemelos Digitales, el AVATAR, y los Token no Fungibles (NFT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan Jerome Pesenti, Vicepresidente de AI Meta, en el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">metaverso<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el 100% del tiempo es una experiencia multisensorial en 3D, para ello Meta-Facebook cre\u00f3 una infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica muy s\u00f3lida y potente como la computadora m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida del mundo, la Supercomputadora de Inteligencia Artificial (AI), llamada AI RSC (Research SuperCluster), para entrenar algoritmos con billones de par\u00e1metros, superando a la GPT-3 de Open AI de Microsoft y a la Fugaku de Jap\u00f3n, la AI RSC cuenta con una super velocidad para procesar los datos con que cuenta Meta. El entrenamiento que dar\u00e1 a sus algoritmos ser\u00e1 de 16 Terabytes (10 a la 12) por segundo, operando a una velocidad de 5 exaflops, (en exflop el prefijo exa- significa un trill\u00f3n).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Angela Fan informa que los investigadores de AI de Meta crearon el modelo de AI llamado NLLB-200 para una traducci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de 200 idiomas diferentes, por ejemplo en Am\u00e9rica Latina ya se incluyen lenguas como aymara, quechua, y el guaran\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">metaverso<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est\u00e1 llevando el trabajo virtual a un nuevo nivel, puesto que funcionar\u00e1 como oficina virtual, as\u00ed como un lugar de capacitaci\u00f3n virtual y como un lugar de reuni\u00f3n para los empleados, donde las tecnolog\u00edas 2D y 3D permitir\u00e1n m\u00e1s inclusi\u00f3n y favorecer\u00e1 la productividad, por lo menos en un 13%, el impacto se podr\u00e1 evidenciar en el acceso a herramientas digitales; la Empresa Alsea ha venido aplicando esta tecnolog\u00eda al 95% de sus empleados.
