{"id":2798,"date":"2016-07-11T11:48:00","date_gmt":"2016-07-11T17:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=2798"},"modified":"2016-07-11T11:48:00","modified_gmt":"2016-07-11T17:48:00","slug":"polvo-de-frambuesa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/ciencia\/polvo-de-frambuesa\/","title":{"rendered":"Mexicanos crean polvo de frambuesa para combatir la adicci\u00f3n al tabaco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los investigadores pretenden comercializarlo dentro de poco tiempo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El doctor Alfonso Atitl\u00e1n, investigador del Instituto de Ciencias de la Salud (ICSa) de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de Hidalgo (UAEH), coordin\u00f3 a un grupo de m\u00e9dicos y bioqu\u00edmicos que desarrollaron un polvo hecho a base de frambuesa que combate los s\u00edntomas asociados con la abstinencia de nicotina en las personas que buscan dejar de fumar.<\/p>\n<p>La frambuesa contiene grandes cantidades de\u00a0\u00e1cido el\u00e1gico, una sustancia que acelera la eliminaci\u00f3n de nicotina y otras sustancias en el cuerpo. Pero, para que tenga efecto es necesario consumir un aproximado de 2 kilos de frambuesas. Los consumidores del polvo pueden disminuir el s\u00edndrome de abstinencia sin necesidad de comer tantos frutos.<a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/polvo.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2801 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/polvo.jpg\" alt=\"polvo\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El tratamiento desarrollado por los acad\u00e9micos de la UAEH\u00a0consiste en consumir cinco gramos diarios del polvo durante 14 d\u00edas. El\u00a0polvo no s\u00f3lo contiene el \u00e1cido el\u00e1gico, sino tambi\u00e9n todos los antioxidantes de la frambuesa, por lo que es muy ben\u00e9fico para la salud, dotando a su consumidor de m\u00e1s energ\u00eda, rejuvenecimiento de piel, mejora del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y mayor resistencia a las enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se indic\u00f3 que el polvo puede usarse para preparar galletas, helados, paletas, mermeladas, polvo para ensaladas, entre otros productos.<\/p>\n<p>La patente del producto ha sido donada a la UAEH y actualmente se analiza como comercializar el
