Clarke, Stanislaw Lem, H.G. Wells que escribi\u00f3 la \u201cGuerra de los Mundos\u201d publicada en 1890, \u201cMundo Feliz\u201d de Aldous Huxley 1932, \u201cYo Robot\u201d en 1950, de Isaac Asimov, Snow Crash 1992, y \u201cAnatema\u201d 2008, Escritos por Neal Stephenson, crearon ciencia ficci\u00f3n, la cual hoy la realidad ya la super\u00f3.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0El desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, ha creado en el espacio global, la realidad Virtual y Aumentada, la h\u00edper-conectividad, el c\u00f3mputo cu\u00e1ntico y la transversalidad de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), sobre todo la Inteligencia Artificial Generativa que a trav\u00e9s de los modelos de lenguaje extenso\u00a0 ha venido a impactar en todas las actividades econ\u00f3micas, pol\u00edticas y la educaci\u00f3n no es la excepci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La carrera de la IA se inici\u00f3 cuando Alan Turing en 1950, aliment\u00f3 a una m\u00e1quina con preguntas y respuestas, generadas por dos personas distintas, el prop\u00f3sito, era determinar si la pregunta era respondida por la m\u00e1quina o por la persona del otro lado; pero fue en 1956 que los fundadores de la Inteligencia Artificial John McCarthy, Marvin Minsky, Netaniel Rochester y Claude Shannon, denominaron as\u00ed al estudio de las m\u00e1quinas pensantes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo cual deriv\u00f3 en la construcci\u00f3n de estructuras para que las m\u00e1quinas imitasen comportamientos humanos (Padilla R. M., 2019, p\u00e1gs. 260-262). La Inteligencia Artificial entra\u00f1a promesas, pero tambi\u00e9n riesgos por la socializaci\u00f3n a nivel global, (Ignacio &amp; Juan M. , 2020) dado el fen\u00f3meno de la hiperconectividad, tal vez la especie humana, se vea limitada por sus propias creaciones. Lo que hace necesario desarrollar una IA fuera de los alcances de las fuerzas libres del mercado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es imprescindible dotar de un alto sentido social a los desarrollos y aplicaciones de la Inteligencia Artificial, por ejemplo el Objetivo de desarrollo sustentable 04, que se refiere a la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">educaci\u00f3n de calidad<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, una educaci\u00f3n que permita la movilidad socioecon\u00f3mica ascendente, lo cual es fundamental para reducir \u00f3 eliminar la pobreza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a las aplicaciones de la IA en educaci\u00f3n, ser\u00eda a trav\u00e9s del desarrollo de sistemas adaptativos, para crear trayectorias educativas, acorde a los comportamientos de cada alumno, incluyendo trabajos y tareas, de manera articulada con los docentes y con los modelos educativos y administrativos, de las diversas instituciones, en virtud de que si algo se maneja en los procesos de aprendizaje, es la informaci\u00f3n.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico que estamos viviendo, ya sea insertos o no, constituye un contexto muy diferente al que vivimos en el pasado, por la complejidad, velocidad y volumen incremental de la informaci\u00f3n; los procesos educativos en todos los niveles, fundamentalmente la de nivel superior y de posgrado, se transformar\u00e1n profundamente, dado que las metodolog\u00edas, las formas de construcci\u00f3n de nuevos conocimientos, vinculados a los procesos de I+D+i impactar\u00e1n en nuevos modelos educativos universitarios, todos lo modelos educativos deben considerar la aplicaci\u00f3n del big data, la nube, y por supuesto la Inteligencia Artificial, es decir una educaci\u00f3n 4.0, si es queremos cumplir con la tarea del futuro, en virtud de que todo proceso formativo es construir hoy, un hilo conductor hacia el futuro, en pensamiento cr\u00edtico y actitud \u00e9tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para Jap\u00f3n, es necesario que los docentes y alumnos se inserten en un proceso de alfabetizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica focalizada en Inteligencia Artificial, creando pautas de c\u00f3mo aplicar la Inteligencia Artificial en todas las actividades acad\u00e9micas, descartando m\u00e9todos tradicionales, como los ex\u00e1menes y las tareas, que se pueden realizar con aplicaciones de IA. (Karin, 2023)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Emprendimiento es la fuerza impulsora de la econom\u00eda global, ese fue el tema de la reuni\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes que se llev\u00f3 a cabo el 29 de junio de este 2023, en Tianjin China, porque el emprendimiento es el conjunto de atributos centrales del esp\u00edritu empresarial\u2026un sentido agudo, un impulso implacable y una capacidad extraordinaria para actuar en la puesta en marcha, la innovaci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n de empresas\u201d (Li, 2023), es viable agregar, sustantivas e incluyentes, esa es tarea de muchos j\u00f3venes y del apoyo que deben darles las Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando Stanley Kubrick lanz\u00f3 al p\u00fablico su pel\u00edcula \u201c2001, Odisea del espacio\u201d en 1968, la sociedad en general se imagin\u00f3 que el siglo XXI ser\u00eda totalmente diferente, recordemos autores, entre otros tanto, como Arthur C.
