Econom\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n

De la sociedad informacional que nos hablo Manuel Castells y de la Sociedad del Conocimiento, que Peter Drucker observa como resultado del ineludible cambio; hoy surge lo que se hace llamar como Econom\u00eda Digital<\/em>. El t\u00e9rmino informacional implica una organizaci\u00f3n social en la que, la generaci\u00f3n, el procesamiento y la transmisi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n se convierten en fuentes fundamentales de la productividad y del poder, debido al intenso desarrollo tecnocient\u00edfico y su mercantilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La sociedad del conocimiento es una sociedad de organizaciones cuyo prop\u00f3sito, es la integraci\u00f3n de conocimientos especializados en una tarea com\u00fan; siendo la naturaleza del conocimiento la de cambiar cada vez mas r\u00e1pido, de tal suerte que las certidumbres de hoy ser\u00e1n los absurdos del ma\u00f1ana. La informaci\u00f3n se est\u00e1 multiplicando exponencialmente, de los 5 mil millones de gigabyte \u00a0que se generan actualmente cada 10 minutos, se generar\u00e1n 50 mil millones de gigabyte en el 2020 en el mismo tiempo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Los espacios tecnol\u00f3gicos virtuales de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n como las redes sociales, los Smartphone, Data&analytics y el c\u00f3mputo en la nube, han venido a redefinir, los productos, servicios y mercados, transformando la forma en que se gestionan las empresas; la gran empresa global, no solo lo es de tama\u00f1o, por numero de trabajadores, sino por las m\u00faltiples tecnolog\u00edas que desarrollan, aplican y apropian, v\u00eda la gesti\u00f3n de la Propiedad Intelectual.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hoy, todo negocio es un negocio digital, en mayor o en menor medida. De acuerdo al \u00edndice Global de Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n (TICs), el cual mide la preparaci\u00f3n de una econom\u00eda para usar las TICs e impulsar la competitividad y el bienestar, a M\u00e9xico lo ubican en el lugar 63, abajo de otras econom\u00edas emergentes como Sud\u00e1frica, Turqu\u00eda, Corea del Sur, Chile y Malasia.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan Accenture, en M\u00e9xico el 60% de los empresarios mexicanos, reportan que no toman en cuenta la informaci\u00f3n recopilada en las redes sociales, mientras que 3 de cada 10 consumidores utilizan las redes para expresar sus inconformidades.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Los dispositivos m\u00f3viles est\u00e1n tomando todos los mercados, dado que permiten una conexi\u00f3n permanente en cualquier momento y lugar, lo que significa que la poblaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea seguir\u00e1 creciendo, las tendencias indican que para el 2020 habr\u00e1 50 mil millones de dispositivos m\u00f3viles, superior a los 11 mil que exist\u00edan en el 2014. La econom\u00eda digital en el 2020 representar\u00e1 entre el 25% y el 30% del PIB mundial.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Surgen las preguntas \u00bfQu\u00e9 medidas de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ando nuestros gobernantes para hacer frente a esta situaci\u00f3n? Sobre todo en las regiones mas apartadas, y en las pymes que son las que m\u00e1s limitaciones registran; acciones que vayan mas all\u00e1 de los sacrosantos equilibrios macroecon\u00f3micos y del super\u00e1vit presupuestal, con los que las autoridades hacendarias han venido justificando los recortes presupuestales y los incrementos en los precios, como el de la gasolina; pero que est\u00e1n llevando a la econom\u00eda a una fase paralizante y autodestructiva, postrando a los mexicanos a m\u00e1s pobreza, los jinetes del hambre y la violencia cabalgan ya por nuestras calles, la criminalidad sigue sin control, a pesar de que las estad\u00edsticas muestren que va en descenso.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

En el comunicado de prensa de la Secretaria de Hacienda anunciando el incremento de precios en la gasolina en este agosto, se dice que son menores que los de 2015; sin embargo, a excepci\u00f3n del Diesel que en 2015, era de 14.20 pesos por litro y para este agosto es de 13.98; los precios de las gasolinas no eran mayores en 2015, ya que en ese a\u00f1o la magna se compraba a 13.57 y hoy cuesta 13.96, mientras que el precio de la premiun era de 14.38 en 2015 y ahora es de 14.81 pesos por litro. \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 mienten?<\/p>\n

El crecimiento del PIB marca una tendencia a la baja, en el primer trimestre de este 2016 fue de 0.8%, en comparaci\u00f3n al a\u00f1o anterior fue del 2.8%; pero en el segundo trimestre de este a\u00f1o decreci\u00f3 0.3% y su crecimiento respecto al mismo periodo del 2015 fue de tan solo 1.4%, \u00bfllegaremos al 2.5% a finales del a\u00f1o como se tiene estimado?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
