Primera Parte."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generalmente cuando se habla de tecnolog\u00eda se piensa que son fierros, m\u00e1quinas o dispositivos, pero tambi\u00e9n los libros son tecnolog\u00eda, como el software que son procesos y procedimientos digitalizados, incluso los algoritmos que son esencia de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El concepto de tecnolog\u00eda, es resultado del proceso hist\u00f3rico de la humanidad, los homo sapiens crearon instrumentos para ampliar sus capacidades y hacerse llegar de alimentos, como protegerse de los cambios clim\u00e1ticos, sin faltar el uso para defenderse de sus depredadores, tanto de otras especies, como de otros grupos de sapiens.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Numerosas son las\u00a0 aportaciones de diversos personajes a lo largo de la historia, como Arist\u00f3teles con su obra \u201cmetaf\u00edsica\u201d donde hace referencia al Techn\u00e9 para describir el arte y la t\u00e9cnica, y el \u201cepisteme\u201d como el conocimiento cient\u00edfico; Carlos Marx que consider\u00f3 a la tecnolog\u00eda como fuerza productiva que propicia la transformaci\u00f3n de las relaciones econ\u00f3micas y por ende las clases sociales; Martin Heidegger, en su trabajo denominado, la pregunta por la t\u00e9cnica; Jos\u00e9 Ortega y Gasset, quien se refiere a la t\u00e9cnica, como el proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n del medio al sujeto, y no el sujeto al medio, un hombre sin t\u00e9cnica, es decir sin reacci\u00f3n al medio, no es un hombre, el hombre sin la t\u00e9cnica no ser\u00eda lo que hoy es (Ortega y Gasset, 1964, p\u00e1g. 326).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n hay que mencionar la Estructura de las Revoluciones Cient\u00edficas de Thomas Kuhn; sin faltar de citar a Don Ihde y a Manuel Castells, quien analiz\u00f3 el impacto de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n (TICs) en la transformaci\u00f3n digital de la sociedad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo que la tecnolog\u00eda es en s\u00ed la expresi\u00f3n de la transformaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de la humanidad, en su creatividad aplicada al entorno, ya sea positivamente o para destruir nuestro planeta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 9 de mayo de 2023 el Consejo Consultivo de la UNESCO (Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Educaci\u00f3n, la Ciencia y la Cultura) (P. Paulze &amp; Pinto, 2023, p\u00e1g. 36) declar\u00f3 al a\u00f1o 2025 como el a\u00f1o Internacional de la Ciencia y la Tecnolog\u00eda Cu\u00e1nticas (IYQ), reconociendo los 100 a\u00f1os de su desarrollo desde la mec\u00e1nica cu\u00e1ntica\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 7 de junio del 2024 mediante el acta de asamblea A\/RES\/78\/287 la ONU confirma oficialmente proclamar 2025 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u00f1o Internacional de la Ciencia y la Tecnolog\u00eda Cu\u00e1nticas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ONU, 2024), con el prop\u00f3sito de lograr una mayor concientizaci\u00f3n sobre su impacto pasado y futuro.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo cu\u00e1ntico surge en los albores del siglo XX, teniendo como antecedente a la mec\u00e1nica cl\u00e1sica, que se fundamenta en las teor\u00edas de la mec\u00e1nica del movimiento de Isacc Newton, que contempla las leyes de la inercia, la din\u00e1mica, acci\u00f3n\u00a0 y reacci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la teor\u00eda electromagn\u00e9tica cl\u00e1sica de James Maxwell y la termodin\u00e1mica (Vazquez Monterroza Maria Camila, 2023); la mec\u00e1nica cl\u00e1sica, es el estudio del movimiento de los cuerpos bajo la acci\u00f3n de las fuerzas f\u00edsicas, considerando que objeto puede ser desde una part\u00edcula hasta un conjunto de planetas (Idema, 2012).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mec\u00e1nica cl\u00e1sica no pudo dar explicaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica a fen\u00f3menos como la distribuci\u00f3n de l\u00edneas espectrales y la\u00a0 radiaci\u00f3n del cuerpo negro (Cala &amp; Eslava, Casta\u00f1eda, Edgar, G., 2011)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo la Mec\u00e1nica Cu\u00e1ntica surge a partir de la explicaci\u00f3n de la radiaci\u00f3n del cuerpo negro, as\u00ed como del principio de la incertidumbre y el efecto fotoel\u00e9ctrico, el efecto voltaico, el efecto t\u00fanel,\u00a0 las nano-estructuras y explicando los fen\u00f3menos at\u00f3micos; siendo Max Plank quien descubri\u00f3 la teor\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica haci\u00e9ndolo merecedor del premio nobel en 1918.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n las valiosas aportaciones matem\u00e1ticas de Erwin Schrodinger y Albert Einstein que explic\u00f3 que la luz considerada como onda, tambi\u00e9n se comportaba como part\u00edcula (Castro, 2019); as\u00ed se dio inicio a lo que se llam\u00f3 la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revoluci\u00f3n Cu\u00e1ntica 1.0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 que estudia el mundo microsc\u00f3pico: \u00e1tomos, mol\u00e9culas, part\u00edculas, fotones y electrones, materializ\u00e1ndose en tecnolog\u00edas de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uso cotidiano como los l\u00e1ser, los rayos X, los transistores, la resonancia magn\u00e9tica, la microscop\u00eda avanzada y los circuitos integrados complejos, entre otras tantas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revoluci\u00f3n Cu\u00e1ntica 1.0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> representa un salto en los desarrollos tecnol\u00f3gicos, basados en la f\u00edsica cu\u00e1ntica, que incluyen las leyes f\u00edsicas, mediante las cuales describen todo nuestro entorno a escala microsc\u00f3pica, el marco matem\u00e1tico, desarrollado, sent\u00f3 las bases para avanzar hacia la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revoluci\u00f3n Cu\u00e1ntica 2.0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tema de\u00a0 nuestra siguiente entrega.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Tecnologias-cuanticas-P.1_compressed.pdf\">Tecnolog\u00edas cu\u00e1nticas P.1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bibliograf\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cala, V.
