{"id":30506,"date":"2025-07-28T08:56:41","date_gmt":"2025-07-28T14:56:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=30506"},"modified":"2025-10-24T14:35:43","modified_gmt":"2025-10-24T20:35:43","slug":"los-agentes-de-inteligencia-artificial-estan-transformando-a-la-sociedad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/articulo-otech\/los-agentes-de-inteligencia-artificial-estan-transformando-a-la-sociedad\/","title":{"rendered":"Los Agentes de Inteligencia Artificial  Est\u00e1n transformando a la sociedad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9sta era tecnol\u00f3gica est\u00e1 marcada por la velocidad con que se dise\u00f1an, crean y articulan aplicaciones, de nuevas herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, para intensificar el flujo de informaci\u00f3n, en toda actividad productiva y social, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">siendo la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) el centro y la transversalidad, que hace posible la interoperabilidad, tanto en los procesos empresariales, comerciales, como pol\u00edticos y en s\u00ed, en la din\u00e1mica social, en ambientes de paz, como de guerras sobre todo genocidas, tanto en los espacios fisicos y virtuales, como de esparcimiento y de conectividad social rutinaria<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; seg\u00fan Dirk Hoerig, fundador y Director de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovaci\u00f3n Commercetools<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Personal de VB, 2025) ah\u00ed est\u00e1 presente la IA, impactando el comportamiento humano, en lo econ\u00f3mico, lo social, y lo pol\u00edtico, creando una cultura que amenaza, con enterrar los valores humanos que hasta hoy nos han unido.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El escalamiento tecnol\u00f3gico de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, se observa en el tr\u00e1nsito de lo que represent\u00f3 el ChatGPT, a la creaci\u00f3n de los Agentes de IA; con los modelos GPT se generaron los asistentes, pero con el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agente de IA<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> denominado <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astra<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de Google, se inici\u00f3 la fase donde los usuarios interact\u00faan con \u00e9l, mediante audio, texto y video; por ello las tecnol\u00f3gicas trasnacionales, est\u00e1n inviertiendo en I+D\u00a0 para crear <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agentes de IA<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan David Barber, Director del Centro de IA de la University College de Londres, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son modelos de algoritmos con capacidad de actuar de forma aut\u00f3noma, tomando decisiones por s\u00ed mismos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; Para Jim Fan, investigador senior de Invidia, hay dos categor\u00edas de agentes, los Agentes de Software y los Agentes Encarnados; los primeros operan en computadoras fijas y dispositivos m\u00f3viles, con capacidad de gestionar correos electr\u00f3nicos y procesos administrativos automatizados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras que los Agentes Encarnados operan en los mundos de 3D, como videojuegos y rob\u00f3tica, para que desarrollen actividades dom\u00e9sticas, como el Agente de IA llamado <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MineDojo,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que opera en el videojuego Minecraf; todos ellos requieren de grandes vol\u00famenes de informaci\u00f3n, sin ella no podr\u00edan funcionar (Heikkila, Melisa, 2024).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para cient\u00edficos inform\u00e1ticos como Stuart Rusell y Peter Norvig, un Agente (Artificial) es cualquier ente inform\u00e1tico capaz de percibir su medio ambiente con la ayuda de sensores y actuar en ese medio, utilizando actuadores (es la reacci\u00f3n de un est\u00edmulo realizando una acci\u00f3n por s\u00ed mismo (Russell &amp; Norvig, Peter, 2004, p\u00e1gs. 37-38); el ente inform\u00e1tico, recibe pulsaciones de informaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la red, que no son m\u00e1s que entradas sensoriales, lo que le permite actuar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ruta de operaci\u00f3n de un Agente de IA es: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percepci\u00f3n-Procesamiento- Acci\u00f3n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la percepci\u00f3n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es el proceso de recopilacion de informaci\u00f3n del entorno, v\u00eda dispositivos de imagen, voz y texto; durante el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procesamiento <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el Agente de IA aplica algoritmos, para interpretar la informaci\u00f3n y decidir que acci\u00f3n tomar; finalmente <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la Acci\u00f3n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es la decisi\u00f3n espec\u00edfica, como leer y dar respuesta de un correo electr\u00f3nico o mover un brazo rob\u00f3tico etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se conocen 5 tipos de Agentes de IA: los <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reactivos Simples<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que se concretan a condici\u00f3n-acci\u00f3n, no tienen memoria y reaccionan a la percepci\u00f3n actual; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reactivos basados en Modelos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tienen una noci\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo funciona su entorno, lo que les permite manejarlos, como un GPS en un t\u00fanel; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agentes Basados en Objetivos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, no solo reaccionan al entorno, si no que tienen objetivos definidos ampliando su capacidad de elegir que decisi\u00f3n tomar; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agentes Basados en Utilidad<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cuentan con m\u00faltiples formas de alcanzar un objetivo, eligiendo la m\u00e1s \u00f3ptima; Finalmente los <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agentes de Aprendizaje<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tienen la capacidad de aprender de su propia experiencia y volverse mas expertos, en la medida que se retroalimentan, superando su rendimiento (Google, 2025).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin lugar a dudas que son herramientas cuyo desarrollo es incipiente, pero registran un escalamiento acelerado, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agentes de IA<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> son el siguiente paso evolutivo de la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IA generativa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, expres\u00f3 Vijoy Pandey, Vicepresidente de OutShift<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Personal de VB, 2024) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son como empleados que nunca se cansan, est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para realizar tareas espec\u00edficas y mejorarlas, por que est\u00e1n aprendiendo constantemente.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">presentan riesgos, como la falta de \u00e9tica, pueden propiciar la\u00a0 violaci\u00f3n de la privacidad, registran una falta de comprensi\u00f3n del contexto real, porque no tienen el sentido hist\u00f3rico, adem\u00e1s de tener limitaciones en innovaci\u00f3n y creatividad, nada es perfecto y la tecnolog\u00eda no tiene honor.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Los-Agentes-de-Inteligencia-Artificial-Estan-transformando-a-la-sociedad_compressed.pdf\">Los Agentes de Inteligencia Artificial Est\u00e1n transformando a la sociedad<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bibliograf\u00eda<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google.
