Investigadores crean material para que pantallas se autorreparen en 10 segundos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Investigadores de\u00a0Corea del Surhan logrado un avance significativo en la tecnolog\u00eda de pantallas flexibles con el desarrollo de un material de recubrimiento de alta dureza que es capaz de\u00a0autorreparar rayones superficiales en tan s\u00f3lo 10 segundosa temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo conjunto, liderado por Hong Sung-woo, del Instituto Coreano de Tecnolog\u00eda Industrial (KITECH), y el profesor Ko Min-jae, de la Universidad de Hanyang, cre\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n duradera que, adem\u00e1s de ser\u00a0resistente a ara\u00f1azos de u\u00f1as o monedas, puede soportar m\u00e1s de 200,000 pliegues sin sufrir da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n fue publicada en la revista internacional\u00a0<em>Chemical Engineering Journal<\/em>\u00a0el pasado mes de diciembre.<\/p>\n<p>Informaron que la motivaci\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de este desarrollo radica en la fragilidad de las pantallas plegables modernas, como las de los\u00a0<em>smartphones<\/em>, cuya superficie es altamente vulnerable a abolladuras y ara\u00f1azos debido al contacto externo o al estr\u00e9s del plegado constante.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que este da\u00f1o progresivo no s\u00f3lo compromete la claridad visual de la pantalla, sino que tambi\u00e9n puede reducir su\u00a0sensibilidad t\u00e1ctil.<\/p>\n<p>Para superar esta limitaci\u00f3n, el equipo de investigaci\u00f3n introdujo un enfoque de dise\u00f1o novedoso, logrando separar y optimizar las funciones de la superficie y del interior del recubrimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores explicaron que desarrollaron un aditivo basado en imida que, durante el proceso de curado, se desplaza de forma espont\u00e1nea hacia la superficie. All\u00ed, se agrupa en un tama\u00f1o nanom\u00e9trico para formar una\u00a0capa protectora\u00a0inmiscible y dura, blindando la pantalla contra est\u00edmulos f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos externos, como ara\u00f1azos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta investigaci\u00f3n es significativa porque logra simult\u00e1neamente alta dureza, capacidad de autorreparaci\u00f3n y fiabilidad flexible.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDado que se puede implementar simplemente a\u00f1adiendo el aditivo a los procesos de producci\u00f3n existentes, tiene aplicaciones potenciales no s\u00f3lo para pantallas plegables, sino tambi\u00e9n en diversos campos de\u00a0recubrimientos de protecci\u00f3n\u00a0de superficies, como en autom\u00f3viles y productos electr\u00f3nicos de alta gama\u201d, coment\u00f3 el investigador principal, Hong Sung-woo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mailmunch-forms-widget-1166989\">Fuente:<\/div>\n<div>DPL News(2026, 25 de enero). \u00a1Adi\u00f3s, rayones!
