{"id":3356,"date":"2016-09-28T16:35:04","date_gmt":"2016-09-28T22:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=3356"},"modified":"2016-10-07T09:30:11","modified_gmt":"2016-10-07T15:30:11","slug":"este-material-desarrollado-por-mexicanos-podria-ser-mas-resistente-que-el-concreto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/materiales\/este-material-desarrollado-por-mexicanos-podria-ser-mas-resistente-que-el-concreto\/","title":{"rendered":"Este material desarrollado por mexicanos podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s resistente que el concreto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Investigadores de la\u00a0Universidad de Papaloapan, han encontrado un material que permite hacer un\u00a0abordaje &#8220;ecoeficiente&#8221; de la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas<!--more--> de inter\u00e9s social, ya que a trav\u00e9s de la mezcla de cenizas de ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar con desechos de celulosa, han logrado crear PAS, un material con propiedades semejantes al concreto, con un 300% m\u00e1s de resistencia y que requiere una menor cantidad de agua, solo un 20% de la utilizada para hacer la mezcla de concreto.<\/p>\n<p>Por si fuera poco, sus creadores, la\u00a0Dra. Martha Poisot\u00a0y el\u00a0Dr. Axel Villavicencio, han asegurado que es posible construir una vivienda en\u00a0tan solo una semana\u00a0utilizando el PAS, ya que por sus caracter\u00edsticas\u00a0es ideal para zonas de desastres naturales, donde la reposici\u00f3n de la vivienda es fundamental.<\/p>\n<h3>Cooperaci\u00f3n Inter-universitaria<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3357 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/1024_2000.jpg\" alt=\"1024_2000\" width=\"430\" height=\"322\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para poder probar el compuesto denominado PAS, investigadores de diversas universidades como: Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Coahuila, Universidad Ju\u00e1rez del Estado de Durango y Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico,sumaron esfuerzos\u00a0para realizar las pruebas de laboratorio y optimizar los desechos de la industria azucarera de Veracruz, ya que recordemos, la idea original parte de la Universidad de Papaloapan.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las principales caracter\u00edsticas del PAS es que no permite que los iones se liberen llegando a las varillas lo que a la larga causa en las casas de construcci\u00f3n tradicional, que se vaya corroyendo la estructura de dentro hacia afuera. Otra caracter\u00edstica del PAS es que funciona como\u00a0aislante t\u00e9rmico\u00a0manteniendo las casas frescas en verano y c\u00e1lidas durante el invierno, por si fuera poco, es impermeable, ac\u00fastico y de baja densidad.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto les ha valido el premio de la\u00a0Royal Academy of Engineering, el cual cuenta con una suma de 5,000 libras esterlinas, que ser\u00e1 invertida en mercadear el producto, de manera que pueda estar pronto disponible para el consumidor final como una alternativa de construcci\u00f3n
