Si todo esto te suena demasiado a la trama de Jurassic World, tranquilo, por ahora los cient\u00edficos estar\u00edan trabajando s\u00f3lo con c\u00e9lulas de mamut.<\/p>\n<p>Semen Grigoriev, director del Museo del Mamut en Yakutsk asegur\u00f3, en declaraciones recogidas por Express.co.uk, &#8220;hace unos pocos d\u00edas atr\u00e1s abrimos el laboratorio para analizar tejido de f\u00f3siles animales. No s\u00f3lo exploraremos aquellas c\u00e9lulas que est\u00e9n bien preservadas, tambi\u00e9n su ADN&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan explica\u00a0Alexei Tikhonov, uno de los m\u00e1s importantes expertos en mamuts de Rusia, a pesar de que &#8220;en algunas muestras de tejido no podemos encontrar nucleos completos de las c\u00e9lulas&#8221;, s\u00ed indica que con los\u00a0recientes avances en la tecnolog\u00eda para clonaci\u00f3n\u00a0&#8220;creemos que para la extracci\u00f3n de AND de f\u00f3siles animales, su lana o pelaje son el mejor material para comenzar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien existe un rechazo \u00e9tico a la clonaci\u00f3n humana, la ciencia ha avanzado bastante desde que la oveja Dolly se convirtiera en la primera oveja transg\u00e9nica clonada. Al d\u00eda de hoy sabemos que distintas investigaciones han logrado clonar ratones usando una gota de sangre, con lo que se posibilita\u00a0clonar seres sin necesidad de matarlos, e incluso estos avances han logrado generar nuevas extremidades a partir de la clonaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas madres.<\/p>\n<p>Los avances cient\u00edficos entorno a la clonaci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo apuntan a recuperar especies de animales extintos para mostrar en zool\u00f3gicos o revivir a tu &#8220;Beatle&#8221; favorito, la clonaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ha avanzado hacia el tratamiento de enfermedades como la esclerosis m\u00faltiple o Parkinson, aprovechando el proceso de &#8220;transferencia celular&#8221;, el cual permite tomar c\u00e9lulas de la piel humana y transformarlas en cualquier otro tipo de c\u00e9lula presente en el cuerpo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La meta ser\u00eda clonar un mamut usando t\u00e9cnicas de extracci\u00f3n de ADN y n\u00facleos celulares desde tejidos f\u00f3siles proporcionados por un museo.
