{"id":4160,"date":"2017-02-08T16:18:00","date_gmt":"2017-02-08T22:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=4160"},"modified":"2017-02-08T17:19:26","modified_gmt":"2017-02-08T23:19:26","slug":"inteligencia-artificial-para-las-finanzas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/ia\/inteligencia-artificial-para-las-finanzas\/","title":{"rendered":"Inteligencia artificial para las finanzas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CaixaBank lanza el primer &#8216;chatbot&#8217; del sector financiero en Espa\u00f1a.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>imaginBank<\/strong>, el banco solo m\u00f3vil de <strong>CaixaBank<\/strong>, ha lanzado el primer <i>chatbot <\/i>-tecnolog\u00eda basada en inteligencia artificial- del sector financiero espa\u00f1ol mediante el cual los clientes de la plataforma\u00a0pueden dialogar con el <i>bot<\/i> para conocer qu\u00e9 ofertas y promociones tienen a su disposici\u00f3n y cu\u00e1les se adaptan mejor a sus intereses y a su lugar de residencia. Basado en la filosof\u00eda principal de estas m\u00e1quinas (interactuar con las personas), la iniciativa quiere convertirse en la mejor consejera financiera para los clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente, se calcula que existen unos <strong>30.000 <i>chatbots<\/i> en funcionamiento en distintos sectores<\/strong> en todo el mundo, aunque en el \u00e1mbito financiero las experiencias son puntuales. En el caso concreto de CaixaBank, el servicio est\u00e1 disponible\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de Facebook Messenger o mediante la p\u00e1gina de Facebook de imaginBank, donde deben seleccionar la opci\u00f3n \u2018Enviar mensaje\u2019, donde clicar en \u2018Empezar\u2019, el\u00a0<i>chatbot<\/i>\u00a0da la bienvenida a los usuarios y les gu\u00eda por las distintas opciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ImaginBank-CaixaBank-chatbot-financiero-Espana_997113056_121702205_667x375.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4163 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ImaginBank-CaixaBank-chatbot-financiero-Espana_997113056_121702205_667x375.jpg\" alt=\"ImaginBank-CaixaBank-chatbot-financiero-Espana_997113056_121702205_667x375\" width=\"667\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El servicio recomienda las diferentes ventajas de imaginBank, que cuenta con un amplio programa de descuentos en ocio y compras en toda Espa\u00f1a, en restaurantes, ocio, viajes y hoteles, cultura y formaci\u00f3n, moda, belleza, cine, m\u00fasica y espect\u00e1culos, entre las m\u00e1s de 100 propuestas en cat\u00e1logo. Seg\u00fan la entidad bancaria, una de las principales innovaciones del <em>chatbot<\/em> es \u201chaber logrado que sea personalizable, lo que le hace estar a\u00fan m\u00e1s cerca del cliente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre las ventajas de aplicar la inteligencia artificial a las finanzas, destacan la ayuda a la hora de localizar las oficinas de CaixaBank cercanas a un determinado punto, los cajeros m\u00e1s cercanos y ofrecer informaci\u00f3n actualizada sobre la cotizaci\u00f3n de la entidad financiera en bolsa.
