{"id":5127,"date":"2017-04-05T16:06:16","date_gmt":"2017-04-05T22:06:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=5127"},"modified":"2017-04-05T16:06:16","modified_gmt":"2017-04-05T22:06:16","slug":"harry-el-pequeno-autobus-publico-y-autonomo-que-comenzara-a-operar-en-londres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/tech\/harry-el-pequeno-autobus-publico-y-autonomo-que-comenzara-a-operar-en-londres\/","title":{"rendered":"Harry: el peque\u00f1o autob\u00fas p\u00fablico y aut\u00f3nomo que comenzar\u00e1 a operar en Londres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de que lleguen los coches aut\u00f3nomos, los\u00a0autobuses sin conductorempiezan a surgir en algunas regiones del mundo con buenos resultados. <!--more-->Desde\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.xataka.com\/vehiculos\/el-autobus-autonomo-holandes-esta-dando-sus-primeros-paseos-wepod\">Holanda con WePod<\/a>, Grecia y Espa\u00f1a con\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.xataka.com\/vehiculos\/este-autobus-no-tiene-conductor-y-lleva-seis-meses-en-las-calles-de-grecia-sin-accidentes\">CityMobil<\/a>, hasta\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.xataka.com\/vehiculos\/las-vegas-es-la-primera-ciudad-de-ee-uu-con-transporte-publico-de-autobuses-electricos-y-autonomos\">Las Vegas con Navya<\/a>, los autobuses aut\u00f3nomos est\u00e1n ganando terreno y ahora es el turno de Londres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Laboratorio de Investigaci\u00f3n de Transporte del Reino Unido (TRL) est\u00e1 anunciando la entrada en operaci\u00f3n de &#8216;Harry&#8217;, que pertenece al Proyecto GATEway y consiste en\u00a0un peque\u00f1o autob\u00fas o pod aut\u00f3nomo\u00a0que desde mayo de 2016 ha estado en pruebas. Hoy finalmente parece estar listo para ofrecer servicio a pasajeros bajo condiciones reales.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una especie de beta abierta de tres semanas<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se esperaba que &#8216;Harry&#8217;, que ha sido bautizado as\u00ed como homenaje al relojero John Harrison, iniciara estas pruebas p\u00fablicas la pasada Navidad, pero debido algunos retrasos tuvo que ser hasta el d\u00eda de hoy el arranque de las operaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Harry estar\u00e1 funcionando de forma gratuita en el barrio londinense de Greenwich, cerca de la Arena O2, donde ofrecer\u00e1 servicios dentro de\u00a0una ruta preestablecida de casi cuatro kil\u00f3metros. El servicio estar\u00e1 dentro de una especie de beta abierta de tres semanas, donde se espera transportar a m\u00e1s de 100 personas, lo que servir\u00e1 para conocer la respuesta de los pasajeros ante esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iGmUx516Gds\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este pod tendr\u00e1 capacidad para cuatro personas y durante su operaci\u00f3n contar\u00e1 con un operador que estar\u00e1 disponible para cualquier duda o emergencia. Harry se mover\u00e1 a\u00a0una velocidad de 16 km\/h, y para desempe\u00f1ar su labor diaria se apoyar\u00e1 en cinco c\u00e1maras y tres sensores LIDAR que le ayudar\u00e1n a &#8216;mapear&#8217; todo el exterior y detectar posibles obst\u00e1culos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parte del objetivo de esta puesta en operaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es para recolectar datos acerca de su funcionamiento, donde ser\u00e1 capaz proporcionar\u00a0cuatro terabytes cada ocho horas, que servir\u00e1n para ajustar su operaci\u00f3n de cara a una entrada oficial como medio de transporte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En caso de que estas pruebas resulten exitosas, TRL pronostica que\u00a0en 2019 podr\u00edamos ver la primera flota de autobuses aut\u00f3nomos\u00a0en Greenwich, con miras a una ampliaci\u00f3n de rutas durante 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fuente:<\/strong>
