{"id":5372,"date":"2017-04-27T12:41:51","date_gmt":"2017-04-27T18:41:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=5372"},"modified":"2017-04-27T12:41:51","modified_gmt":"2017-04-27T18:41:51","slug":"fotosintesis-artificial-para-obtener-energia-y-aire-limpio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/ciencia\/fotosintesis-artificial-para-obtener-energia-y-aire-limpio\/","title":{"rendered":"Fotos\u00edntesis artificial para obtener energ\u00eda y aire limpio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fernando Uribe-Romo\u00a0y sus alumnos de la Universidad de Florida Central, han detallado en\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/pubs.rsc.org\/en\/content\/articlelanding\/2017\/ta\/c7ta00437k#!divAbstract\">Journal of Materials Chemistry<\/a>\u00a0c\u00f3mo desencadenar la fotos\u00edntesis<!--more--> con un material que convierte el di\u00f3xido de carbono y la luz visible en combustible solar, a la vez que elimina del aire este gas de efecto invernadero.<\/p>\n<h2>Energ\u00eda limpia<\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/today.ucf.edu\/ucf-invents-way-trigger-artificial-photosynthesis-clear-air-produce-energy-time\/\">explica<\/a>\u00a0el propio\u00a0Fernando Uribe-Romo:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Adaptar materiales que absorban un color espec\u00edfico de luz es muy dif\u00edcil desde el punto de vista cient\u00edfico, pero desde el punto de vista social estamos contribuyendo al desarrollo de una tecnolog\u00eda que puede ayudar a reducir los gases de efecto invernadero.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Es como un proceso artificial de la fotos\u00edntesis similar a la manera que las plantas convierten el di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2) y la luz del sol en alimento.\u00a0Pero en lugar de producir alimentos, el **m\u00e9todo de Uribe-Romo\u00a0produce combustible solar**. Para ello us\u00f3 titanio, un metal com\u00fan no t\u00f3xico, y agreg\u00f3 mol\u00e9culas org\u00e1nicas que act\u00faan como antenas de recolecci\u00f3n de luz para ver si esa configuraci\u00f3n funcionar\u00eda. Las mol\u00e9culas ligeras de la antena recolectora, llamadas N-alquil-2-aminotereftalatos, se pueden dise\u00f1ar para absorber colores espec\u00edficos de la luz cuando se incorporan en el MOF.
