{"id":5395,"date":"2017-05-01T11:24:02","date_gmt":"2017-05-01T17:24:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=5395"},"modified":"2017-05-01T11:24:02","modified_gmt":"2017-05-01T17:24:02","slug":"investigadores-mexicanos-producen-combustible-automotriz-con-azucares-de-desecho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/materiales\/investigadores-mexicanos-producen-combustible-automotriz-con-azucares-de-desecho\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigadores mexicanos producen combustible automotriz con az\u00facares de desecho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A fin de aprovechar residuos de la industria confitera y disminuir el consumo de combustibles f\u00f3siles, que en su producci\u00f3n y uso resultan contaminantes, un grupo de cient\u00edficos pertenecientes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/con-azucares-de-desecho-producen-combustible-automotriz.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5397 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/con-azucares-de-desecho-producen-combustible-automotriz.jpg\" alt=\"con-azucares-de-desecho-producen-combustible-automotriz\" width=\"534\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A fin de aprovechar residuos de la industria confitera y disminuir el consumo de combustibles f\u00f3siles, que en su producci\u00f3n y uso resultan contaminantes, un grupo de cient\u00edficos pertenecientes a la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Quer\u00e9taro (UAQ), utiliza az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a \u201csucia\u201d, rastrojos y pastos para crear bioetanol, mismo que ha sido probado en autos y se ha observado que genera menor contaminaci\u00f3n que la gasolina com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ingeniero Qu\u00edmico Jorge Gracida Rodr\u00edguez explic\u00f3 que para producir dicho combustible se emplean t\u00e9cnicas de fermentaci\u00f3n, las cuales son logradas gracias al uso de un bioreactor; all\u00ed se genera el bioetanol a partir del uso de una levadura llamadaSaccharomyces cerevisiae,\u00a0que transforma los azucares obtenidos de la industria confiter\u00eda o de materiales \u201clignocelulosicos\u201d como rastrojos y pastos que son sometidos a una hidrolisis, descomposici\u00f3n de una sustancia qu\u00edmica con el uso de agua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez concluida la fermentaci\u00f3n se realizan tres pasos: una destilaci\u00f3n simple en la que se genera etanol y agua, posteriormente lo obtenido se somete a una destilaci\u00f3n fraccionada en la que dentro de una columna vertical pasa vapor de agua y etanol, y al ser el \u00faltimo m\u00e1s ligero comienza a separarse y a llegar a la parte de arriba del sistema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente se hace uso de mallas moleculares, que son s\u00f3lidos de dos mil\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro que tienen peque\u00f1os poros en orden de Amstrongs (\u00c5), que equivale a la diez mil millon\u00e9sima parte de un metro. Este material retiene el agua restante de los anteriores procesos y logra la obtenci\u00f3n de un bioetanol con una pureza de 99.5 por ciento o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSe ha comprobado que el uso del bioetanol obtenido reduce el 50 por ciento de emisiones de mon\u00f3xido de carbono, que es un gas t\u00f3xico. Adem\u00e1s, su precio de producci\u00f3n es menor al de la gasolina\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el tambi\u00e9n doctor en biotecnolog\u00eda por el CINVESTAV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/con-azucares-de-desecho-producen-combustible-automotriz_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5396 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/con-azucares-de-desecho-producen-combustible-automotriz_1.jpg\" alt=\"con-azucares-de-desecho-producen-combustible-automotriz_1\" width=\"524\" height=\"322\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trabajos se realizan en conjunto con el doctor Aldo Amaro, de la Facultad de Qu\u00edmica de la UAQ. Asimismo el bioetanol generado es utilizado dentro de misma universidad en algunos autom\u00f3viles del plantel. \u201cCualquier veh\u00edculo puede recibir etanol en un 15 o 20 por ciento sin problema, no obstante, aquellos autos con tecnolog\u00eda\u00a0flex-fuel\u00a0pueden usar hasta 85 por ciento\u201d, subray\u00f3 Gracida Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
