Las vacunas de nanopart\u00edculas suministran part\u00edculas min\u00fasculas que estimulan al sistema inmunitario para que ponga en marcha una respuesta inmunitaria. El objetivo es ayudar a que el propio cuerpo de las personas luche contra el c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que es \u00fanico en el dise\u00f1o ideado por el equipo de Jinming Gao, del Centro M\u00e9dico del Sudoeste, dependiente de la Universidad de Texas en Estados Unidos, es la sencillez de la composici\u00f3n, de un \u00fanico pol\u00edmero, que puede suministrar de forma precisa los ant\u00edgenos de tumor a las c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias, estimulando al mismo tiempo la inmunidad innata. Estas acciones resultan en la producci\u00f3n segura y robusta de c\u00e9lulas T espec\u00edficas contra tumores, que matan c\u00e9lulas cancerosas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En las pruebas realizadas, la nanovacuna ten\u00eda eficacia antitumoral en m\u00faltiples tipos de tumor en ratones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/img_43457.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5444 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/img_43457.jpg\" alt=\"img_43457\" width=\"480\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las vacunas normales precisan que las c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias recojan los ant\u00edgenos de tumores en un \u201cdep\u00f3sito\u201d y que despu\u00e9s viajen hasta los \u00f3rganos linfoides para la activaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas T. En cambio, las vacunas de nanopart\u00edculas pueden viajar directamente hasta los nodos (ganglios) linf\u00e1ticos del cuerpo para activar respuestas inmunitarias que son espec\u00edficas contra los
