Recuerda que toda tu actividad, deja huella en la red, procura que sea positiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 revisan tu huella digital?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para asegurarse de que sea el adecuado para el puesto.<\/li>\n<li>Para asegurarse de que no tengan un \u201chistorial negro\u201d, ej. vistas, arruinando la reputaci\u00f3n digital de hombres y mujeres.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><u>Comentarios dolosos e hirientes<\/u> que hace alguien en Linkedin como un arrebato del coraje que sienten en dicho momento, exponiendo a la gente con todos sus datos: \u201cfulanito lleg\u00f3 tarde a entrevista\u201d, los comentarios de toda la red no se hacen esperar diciendo: \u201cno quisiera trabajar ah\u00ed\u201d, y otros comentarios m\u00e1s subidos de todo.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><u>Extorsi\u00f3n <\/u>a veces se suple la identidad de una empresa y en sunombre piden dinero para entrevistas, ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos, etc. quiz\u00e1s la empresa real, no le toma importancia, pero todo se convierte en una \u201cbola de nieve\u201d que impacta en la organizaci\u00f3n, pues se replica una y otra vez el mensaje de \u201cfraude\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><u>Caso mensaje de twitter, <\/u>donde una persona hac\u00eda comentarios sumamente negativos porque al d\u00eda siguiente era su primer d\u00eda de trabajo, y eso no le gustaba, la respuesta de su empleador fue \u201cno te molestes en venir a trabajar\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>MIS
