Seguramente has escuchado y le\u00eddo comentarios de empresas y no necesariamente los mejores, los colaboradores a veces no tienen canales internos claros para expresarse y ser escuchados, por lo que se queja en p\u00e1ginas como la PROFECO y otras p\u00e1ginas no oficiales para emitir quejas por internet.<\/p>\n<p>Debo aclarar tambi\u00e9n que a veces los comentarios son hechos con dolo para da\u00f1ar a una empresa, por eso debemos de ser muy objetivos, monitorear las redes sociales y dar soluciones para que no se convierta en una \u201cbola de nieve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 factores influyen en la Reputaci\u00f3n Corporativa?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Rotaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Ausentismo<\/li>\n<li>Plan de carrera<\/li>\n<li>Plan de compensaciones<\/li>\n<li>Procesos internos<\/li>\n<li>Responsabilidad Social<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sin duda alguna las acciones de una empresa, las pol\u00edticas, el ambiente laboral influyen en la reputaci\u00f3n de una empresa para que los colaboradores y clientes, se comprometan con la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/icono-reputacion-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5642 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/icono-reputacion-1.png\" alt=\"icono-reputacion-1\" width=\"432\" height=\"432\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ejemplos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ej 1, Discriminaci\u00f3n por edad, maltrato laboral, los accidentes, falta de prevenci\u00f3n, nacionalidad, g\u00e9nero, son un grave error pues influyen en la reputaci\u00f3n laboral, un empleador abusivo se perjudica a s\u00ed mismo, escasamente alguien va a laborar en un lugar donde maltratan a la gente.<\/p>\n<p>E.2, Robo de identidad Corporativa para cobrar por el proceso de Reclutamiento de una empresa, por supuesto influye en la reputaci\u00f3n y circulan varios correos en redes, incluso confirman que son fraude, pero siguen circulando y se hacen cadenas\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aciertos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>El m\u00e1s grande acierto es medir y monitorear la Reputaci\u00f3n Corporativa<\/li>\n<li>Establecer un Plan de Contingencia y Manejo de crisis<\/li>\n<li>Responder los comentarios de redes sociales de manera profesional y \u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No s\u00f3lo se trata de proyectar ser una buena empresa, lo importante es ser congruente, la reputaci\u00f3n se genera d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Una empresa con buena reputaci\u00f3n corporativa refleja clima laboral sano y procesos \u00e1giles, donde internamente hay seguimiento a proyectos\u2026 y todo esto conlleva a la Atracci\u00f3n y Retenci\u00f3n de Talento y no s\u00f3lo me refiero a los milenials.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Errores frecuentes en tu Reputaci\u00f3n Corporativa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>No enfrentar oportunamente un problema<\/li>\n<li>No prevenir riesgos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No prever situaciones complejas y el manejo de ellas, puede acarrear una situaci\u00f3n de crisis y estr\u00e9s, recuerda que la reputaci\u00f3n corporativa ganada a la mala dura muy poco.<\/p>\n<p>Los colaboradores tambi\u00e9n disfrutan ser activos laboralmente, aportar sus ideas, ser productivos, pero cuando hay malas pr\u00e1cticas laborales, buscan mejores alternativas.<\/p>\n<p><a
