{"id":5822,"date":"2017-06-06T11:48:23","date_gmt":"2017-06-06T17:48:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=5822"},"modified":"2017-06-06T11:48:23","modified_gmt":"2017-06-06T17:48:23","slug":"como-con-big-data-podras-saber-de-que-te-enfermaras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/tech\/como-con-big-data-podras-saber-de-que-te-enfermaras\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo con Big Data podr\u00e1s saber de qu\u00e9 te enfermar\u00e1s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El futuro se encuentra en el Big Data aplicado a la gen\u00e9tica, se\u00f1ala el laboratorio espa\u00f1ol Sistemas Gen\u00f3micos.<!--more--> Con esta herramienta, en este laboratorio crearon un estudio denominado Exoma Screening el cual ayuda a identificar de forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y precisa qu\u00e9 tipo de enfermedad desarrollamos o podr\u00edamos desarrollar.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la doctora Mayte Gil Borja, directora para Latinoam\u00e9rica, desde hace 10 a\u00f1os trabajan bajo la premisa de que el Big Data contribuir\u00e1 a personalizar la medicina. \u201cEl m\u00e9dico va a tener que pensar de otra manera, ya no solo en su consulta y su paciente, sino tomar\u00e1 en cuenta datos de incidencia, de abordaje tecnol\u00f3gico y otras variables para que haya una medicina de precisi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con una simple muestra de sangre, esta prueba lee primero el ADN; luego, el exoma. Despu\u00e9s, los analiza con Big Data para que en un transcurso de m\u00e1ximo tres semanas la persona se le entreguen los resultados con dos o tres variantes de las posibles causas de su enfermedad,
