{"id":5864,"date":"2017-06-08T11:37:54","date_gmt":"2017-06-08T17:37:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=5864"},"modified":"2017-06-08T11:37:54","modified_gmt":"2017-06-08T17:37:54","slug":"restos-de-champinon-para-obtener-productos-de-limpieza-o-bioplasticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/biotecnologia\/restos-de-champinon-para-obtener-productos-de-limpieza-o-bioplasticos\/","title":{"rendered":"Restos de champi\u00f1\u00f3n para obtener productos de limpieza o biopl\u00e1sticos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto europeo Funguschain busca a partir de nuevos procesos en cascada (varias fases de procesamiento similares) la obtenci\u00f3n de compuestos de alto valor a partir de residuos de champi\u00f1\u00f3n. <!--more-->En concreto, su objetivo es obtener compuestos innovadores y sostenibles para un gran abanico de productos como soluciones de limpieza antimicrobianas y ecol\u00f3gicas para productos del hogar, biopl\u00e1sticos para bolsas, film y guantes, o complementos alimenticios enriquecidos para ancianos y deportistas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Liderado por la empresa holandesa BioDetection Systems, re\u00fane a un total de 16 socios que incluyen universidades, centros de investigaci\u00f3n y empresas de pa\u00edses como Espa\u00f1a, Pa\u00edses Bajos, Irlanda, Alemania, Italia, Reino Unido, B\u00e9lgica, Croacia, Suecia y Portugal. Desde nuestro pa\u00eds es el grupo de investigaci\u00f3n de An\u00e1lisis de Pol\u00edmeros y Nanomateriales (NANOBIOPOL) de la Universidad de Alicante (UA) que participa en el proyecto para obtener sustancias con una elevada capacidad antimicrobiana y antioxidante de estos residuos.<br \/>\nObtener-productos-de-limpieza-o-plasticos-ecologicos-y-biodegradables-con-restos-de-champinon-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De hecho, es el director del grupo NANOBIOPOL, Alfonso Jim\u00e9nez, quien dirige la parte cient\u00edfica del proyecto &#8220;que comprende un trabajo de cuatro a\u00f1os y conducir\u00e1 a resultados que permitan la valorizaci\u00f3n integral de residuos y subproductos del procesado del champi\u00f1\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1ala Jim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNuestro objetivo final es obtener compuestos de alto valor a\u00f1adido, sostenibles e innovadores para productos de limpieza, complementos alimenticios enriquecidos y biopl\u00e1sticos para bolsas, films y guantes\u201d, a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/img_44299.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5865 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/img_44299.jpg\" alt=\"img_44299\" width=\"325\" height=\"217\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Compuestos extra\u00eddos por los investigadores de la Universidad de Alicante de los restos de champi\u00f1\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDesde los laboratorios se est\u00e1 desarrollando la t\u00e9cnica de extracci\u00f3n asistida por microondas de antimicrobianos, antioxidantes, prote\u00ednas, polioles y polisac\u00e1ridos que formar\u00e1n parte de los procesos posteriores para los sectores de limpieza, alimentos y pl\u00e1sticos\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez se obtengan los productos finales validados por empresas alimentarias, fabricantes de productos de limpieza y biopl\u00e1sticos vinculadas al proyecto, los residuos restantes de la industria del champi\u00f1\u00f3n se utilizar\u00e1n para compostaje y biog\u00e1s \u201capostando as\u00ed por un proceso sostenible e innovador y una econom\u00eda circular agraria\u201d, recalca el coordinador cient\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto, con un presupuesto de 11 millones de euros, est\u00e1 cofinanciado por el Bio-based Industries Consortium en el marco del programa de investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n Horizonte 2020 de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\"
