Solo en Espa\u00f1a, entre Infojobs, Job &amp; Talent, LinkedIn o Job Today, el mercado est\u00e1 m\u00e1s o menos copado, y la t\u00f3nica habitual es que sea as\u00ed en la mayor\u00eda de los pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No obstante, la mayor\u00eda de estas plataformas de empleo suelen estar encerradas dentro de, valga la redundancia, la plataforma. Y en muchas ocasiones la b\u00fasqueda de empleo se escapa a muchos potenciales candidatos por no estar disponibles en los motores de b\u00fasqueda tradicionales. Google quiere poner soluci\u00f3n a esto y ha puesto en marcha un nuevo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2017\/06\/20\/google-launches-its-ai-powered-jobs-search-engine\/\">sistema de b\u00fasqueda de empleo<\/a>\u00a0que utiliza\u00a0inteligencia artificial y machine learning para optimizar la b\u00fasqueda de empleo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webmasters.googleblog.com\/2017\/06\/connect-to-job-seekers-with-google.html\">Google Jobs<\/a>\u00a0es colaborar con los empleadores y empresas de empleo para optimizar las b\u00fasquedas directamente en la plataforma del buscador: mostrar directamente las b\u00fasquedas de empleo del tipo &#8220;jefe de trabajos de restauraci\u00f3n en la ciudad de Nueva York&#8221;, y darle al potencial candidato una vista previa de las ofertas de trabajo disponibles, con detalles adicionales sobre el mismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, las compa\u00f1\u00edas o plataformas de empleo pueden\u00a0mostrar informaci\u00f3n adicional en la plataforma de Google, como logotipo, comentarios, valoraciones y los detalles del trabajo. Los solicitantes de empleo pueden filtrar por varios criterios como la ubicaci\u00f3n o puesto de trabajo y se ofrecer\u00e1 una nueva v\u00eda para interactuar con los potenciales candidatos directamente desde el sitio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Google Jobs no quiere competir directamente con el resto de plataformas de b\u00fasqueda de empleo, sino\u00a0utilizar el buscador para mostrar tambi\u00e9n esas ofertas de empleo, una suerte de canal adicional para que tanto empleadores, plataformas y candidatos tengas un nuevo sitio al que recurrir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
