{"id":6255,"date":"2017-07-10T10:44:58","date_gmt":"2017-07-10T16:44:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=6255"},"modified":"2017-07-10T10:47:47","modified_gmt":"2017-07-10T16:47:47","slug":"la-importancia-del-endomarketing-para-la-fidelizacion-de-tus-colaboradores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/colaboradores\/la-importancia-del-endomarketing-para-la-fidelizacion-de-tus-colaboradores\/","title":{"rendered":"La importancia del endomarketing para la fidelizaci\u00f3n de tus colaboradores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El endomarketing o marketing interno es hacer marketing al interior de la empresa para fortalecer la cultura organizacional de tus clientes internos o colaboradores.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En todas las empresas de diferentes tama\u00f1os y giros hay proyectos y estrategias, los colaboradores toman un rol crucial para el \u00e9xito del proyecto, <em>\u00bfqu\u00e9 influye?, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no se enteran todos los colaboradores de un nuevo proyecto?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay algo muy importante para involucrar a todos los colaboradores y fomentar su compromiso: el <strong><em>marketing interno o endomarketing.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las \u00e1reas de mercadotecnia y comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional, tienen una funci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para el \u00e9xito de los proyectos, para ello se apoyan de diferentes herramientas internas: Intranet, screensaver (protectores de pantalla), bolet\u00edn interno, correo corporativo, desayunos empresariales, juntas, la preguntan es: <strong><em>\u00bfusan m\u00e9tricas?, \u00bfhay seguimiento?, <\/em><\/strong>recuerda que existen herramientas de colaboraci\u00f3n empresarial, pero debes monitorear, aseg\u00farate que se ha comprendido la informaci\u00f3n, no des por hecho que con lanzar un e mail general se va a comprender la informaci\u00f3n<strong><em>, \u00a1tu cliente interno es muy importante, ati\u00e9ndelo!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El endomarketing, deber\u00eda ser una pr\u00e1ctica com\u00fan en las empresas, pero no es as\u00ed\u2026 en muchos casos los proyectos o iniciativas se implementar \u201cen seco\u201d, no hay difusi\u00f3n, falta sensibilizaci\u00f3n; la percepci\u00f3n de los colaboradores har\u00e1 que rechacen las din\u00e1micas internas.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las verdaderas necesidades del marketing interno?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde mi punto de vista, el marketing interno o endomarketing es muy valioso y necesario para el \u00e9xito de los proyectos, te comparto algunos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Certificaciones,<\/strong> las empresas buscan certificarse y el escenario en algunas ocasiones es: llega a la empresa una empresa certificadora y comienza a pedir entregables, avanza el proyecto y se va, <em>\u00bfd\u00f3nde qued\u00f3 la parte se la sensibilizaci\u00f3n?, \u00bfdifusi\u00f3n del proyecto?&#8230;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Campa\u00f1as de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial<\/strong>, es un hecho necesitamos m\u00e1s y mejores empresas, pero se enteran los colaboradores del objetivo o perciben que les comienzan a imponer actividades que \u201cles quitan el tiempo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Transformaci\u00f3n Organizacional<\/strong>, las empresas necesitan avanzar a una mejor organizaci\u00f3n, pero en su mayor\u00eda los colaboradores se han adaptado a una zona de confort.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Campa\u00f1as y proyectos empresariales:<\/strong> de forma programada o necesaria, se implementan proyectos que pueden tener gran impacto en la organizaci\u00f3n, pero no existe planeaci\u00f3n, en muchos casos a la llegada de los problemas se lanza comunicados, pero ello deja una imagen de des\u00e1nimo. Si de verdad quieres tener \u00e9xito en campa\u00f1as de mejora de empresa, plan\u00e9alo e involucra a tus colaboradores\u2026 ser\u00eda un grave error imponer, genera embajadores de tus estrategias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/marketing_colaborativo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6257 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/marketing_colaborativo.jpg\" alt=\"marketing_colaborativo\" width=\"652\" height=\"369\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Beneficios del endomarketing:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para que un proyecto sea rentable, buscamos la participaci\u00f3n de todos los colaboradores en las campa\u00f1as, proyectos y que sean promotores, la comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional no es un capricho, esto no pasa de moda, es una necesidad, te comparto algunos beneficios:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Difusi\u00f3n de proyectos<\/strong>, recuerda que tus colaboradores o clientes internos forman una parte crucial para el \u00e9xito de cualquier proyecto, por ello deben de estar enterados y saber \u00bfcu\u00e1l va a ser el proyecto? Y \u00bfc\u00f3mo pueden apoyar?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integraci\u00f3n de todos los colaboradores,<\/strong> s\u00ed tu objetivo es la participaci\u00f3n de todos tus colaboradores, la imposici\u00f3n no es la soluci\u00f3n, mejor ap\u00f3yate del endomarketing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transparencia en el avance de proyectos,<\/strong> la incertidumbre predomina en algunos proyectos, que este no sea tu caso, informa a tus colaboradores de las iniciativas de innovaci\u00f3n, certificaciones, torneos, campa\u00f1as, es parte de la fidelizaci\u00f3n que debes fomentar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mejora los resultados del proyecto,<\/strong> involucra a tus colaboradores y hazlos coparticipes de las iniciativas de la organizaci\u00f3n, que no sean simples observadores o cr\u00edticos<\/li>\n<li>Mejora la comunicaci\u00f3n, estoy convencida de que no solo debe emitir comunicados para informar malas noticias<\/li>\n<li><strong>Actuar por convicci\u00f3n,<\/strong> colaboramos con personas las cuales tienen emociones y creencias, entonces \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no promover que act\u00faen por convicci\u00f3n?, s\u00ed un colaborador se tiente comprometido se convertir\u00e1 en embajador de tu marca y contagiar\u00e1 a otros m\u00e1s, \u00a1pi\u00e9nsalo!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mi conclusi\u00f3n: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para una exitosa implementaci\u00f3n de proyectos e iniciativas debe haber planeaci\u00f3n que incluya endomarketing y monitoreo de indicadores, esto te dar\u00e1 mejor rentabilidad de las estrategias que implementes;
