justify;\">El helado fue hecho con jamaica, zarzamora y menta y endulzada con stevia por estudiantes del Centro Interdisciplinario de Ciencias de la Salud (CICS) localizado en la demarcaci\u00f3n de Milpa Alta en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, precis\u00f3 el Instituto en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elaborado con la idea ser consumido como postre en la comida, esta nieve artesanal ayuda a prevenir el envejecimiento prematuro y tiene propiedades que aceleran la digesti\u00f3n, detall\u00f3 el instituto educativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El postre tiene la ventaja adicional de que \u201cquita el mal aliento al 100 %\u201d, lo que no logra el consumo de mentas, comentaron las alumnas Laura Fernanda Sosa Roldan, Frida Alejandra P\u00e9rez Zarate y Seleme Karina Mej\u00eda D\u00edaz al IPN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una porci\u00f3n de 125 mililitros de nieve aporta 136.4 kilocalor\u00edas, 4.2 gramos de prote\u00edna, 1.2 gramos de l\u00edpidos, 20.9 gramos de hidratos de carbono, vitaminas A, C, B1, B9, B12, D y E, y minerales como hierro, magnesio, calcio, potasio, sodio, zinc y calcio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Instituto preciso que el postre est\u00e1 recomendado para personas de 30 a 40 a\u00f1os y se sugiere que no sea consumido por quienes tengan problemas renales debido a que la jamaica es
