La innovaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s destacable de la versi\u00f3n 2017.2 es el m\u00f3dulo para construir electrodos de electroerosi\u00f3n de forma r\u00e1pida. Gracias a que el proceso es c\u00f3modo y automatizado, es posible generar los electrodos, de manera muy sencilla y sin necesidad de conocimientos especiales, a partir de las superficies a erosionar de la geometr\u00eda de la pieza.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"part1525997\" class=\"P1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La geometr\u00eda final es el punto de partida<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div id=\"part1525998\" class=\"P2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El punto de partida son las superficies de la geometr\u00eda de la pieza que se desean erosionar. El programador de CN las selecciona y el software de CAD prolonga autom\u00e1ticamente, si es necesario, las superficies de los electrodos y genera la pieza en bruto y el soporte. El m\u00f3dulo trabaja con modelos s\u00f3lidos y de superficies, y la selecci\u00f3n de la geometr\u00eda se puede efectuar por superficies y contornos. Los orificios de la geometr\u00eda se cierran autom\u00e1ticamente e HyperCAD-S se encarga tambi\u00e9n de calcular la distancia de rotura m\u00ednima, el exceso de la pieza en bruto y el \u00e1ngulo C. Todos los datos t\u00e9cnicos, tales como medida inferior, tama\u00f1o de pieza en bruto, referencia de posici\u00f3n y zonas de color se transfieren autom\u00e1ticamente a HyperMILL.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"part1526005\" class=\"P4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/img.interempresas.net\/fotos\/1526005.jpeg\" alt=\"foto\" \/><\/div>\n<div id=\"part1526008\" class=\"P5\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Ventana de di\u00e1logo para el mecanizado de electrodos en\u00a0<em>Hyper<\/em>MILL.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"part1525999\" class=\"P1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Transferencia directa de los datos al sistema CAM<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div id=\"part1526000\" class=\"P2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Los electrodos construidos en HyperCAD-S se pueden procesar directamente en el sistema CAM. El usuario simplemente selecciona el electrodo correspondiente y empieza la programaci\u00f3n. Para hacerlo, dispone de una ventana de di\u00e1logo especial, que permite especificar el fresado para el electrodo en unos pocos clics. A continuaci\u00f3n, HyperMILL genera autom\u00e1ticamente la lista de trabajos con todos los par\u00e1metros relevantes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"part1526006\" class=\"P4\" style=\"text-align:
