{"id":6947,"date":"2017-09-04T09:01:59","date_gmt":"2017-09-04T15:01:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=6947"},"modified":"2017-09-04T09:01:59","modified_gmt":"2017-09-04T15:01:59","slug":"logra-mexicana-en-suiza-aplicar-moleculas-terapeuticas-a-partir-de-tecnologia-laser","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/salud\/logra-mexicana-en-suiza-aplicar-moleculas-terapeuticas-a-partir-de-tecnologia-laser\/","title":{"rendered":"Logra mexicana en Suiza aplicar mol\u00e9culas terap\u00e9uticas a partir de tecnolog\u00eda l\u00e1ser"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el prop\u00f3sito de generar alternativas m\u00e1s efectivas para suministrar medicamentos a trav\u00e9s de la piel, una mexicana Doctora en Ciencias Farmac\u00e9uticas demostr\u00f3 que es posible utilizar una tecnolog\u00eda de l\u00e1ser para suministrar dos f\u00e1rmacos terap\u00e9uticos v\u00eda transd\u00e9rmica.<!--more--> El uso de dicha tecnolog\u00eda contin\u00faa en investigaci\u00f3n a fin de ofrecer tratamientos para diversas enfermedades, entre ellas las denominadas inmunosupresoras, que son aquellas que atacan el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La tambi\u00e9n Qu\u00edmica F\u00e1rmac\u00e9utica Bi\u00f3loga, Jennyfer C\u00e1zares Delgadillo, explic\u00f3 que la tecnolog\u00eda empleada no genera dolor al aplicarse y es denominada \u201cmicroporaci\u00f3n por l\u00e1ser\u201d, ya que emite luz a 2,94 micr\u00f3metros (\u03bcm) para perforar la piel a un tama\u00f1o no perceptible para el ojo humano; despu\u00e9s se coloca la sustancia deseada a trav\u00e9s de un parche, pomada o crema, seg\u00fan la necesidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por ello que dicho m\u00e9todo se puede utilizar para suministrar distintos tipos de sustancias con gran peso molecular de manera transd\u00e9rmica, es decir, a trav\u00e9s de la piel, como anticuerpos, hormonas, prote\u00ednas y f\u00e1rmacos; adem\u00e1s de ser una t\u00e9cnica precisa que no provoca dolor y que permite el control de la dosis del medicamento y la detenci\u00f3n del mismo al retirarse del contacto con la piel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su investigaci\u00f3n, se analiz\u00f3 la liberaci\u00f3n transd\u00e9rmica in vitro de mol\u00e9culas como \u201cuna mute\u00edna recombinante del interfer\u00f3n beta humano\u201d (IFN-\u03b2), que en otras palabras, es una prote\u00edna que surge a consecuencia de una mutaci\u00f3n y que es empleada para tratar las formas remitente-recurrente y secundaria-progresiva de esclerosis m\u00faltiple, ya que retarda el avance del padecimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se logr\u00f3 suministrar adecuadamente \u201csirolimus\u201d, tambi\u00e9n conocido como \u201crapamicina\u201d que es un compuesto antibi\u00f3tico que act\u00faa como un inmunosupresor al bloquear la respuesta del sistema de defensa del cuerpo y disminuir la capacidad del organismo para atacar c\u00e9lulas de ri\u00f1\u00f3n o h\u00edgado reci\u00e9n trasplantado. Adem\u00e1s de utilizarse ocasionalmente para tratar psoriasis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la investigaci\u00f3n denominada \u201cla aplicaci\u00f3n de macroperaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser para mejorar la administraci\u00f3n de agentes terap\u00e9uticos dentro y a trav\u00e9s de la piel\u201d fue producto del Postdoctorado de C\u00e1zares Delgadillo en la Universidad de Ginebra y se analizaron dichos f\u00e1rmacos in vitro para demostrar que ambos pueden ser aplicados en cantidades terap\u00e9uticas v\u00eda transd\u00e9rmica sin ser afectados por la actividad enzim\u00e1tica de la misma. El proyecto fue apoyado por la CTI, la Agencia de Fomento de la Innovaci\u00f3n del Gobierno Suizo que fomenta las asociaciones p\u00fablico-privadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
