{"id":7616,"date":"2017-11-06T11:06:48","date_gmt":"2017-11-06T17:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=7616"},"modified":"2017-11-06T11:08:07","modified_gmt":"2017-11-06T17:08:07","slug":"mexico-ante-su-debacle-economica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/articulo-otech\/mexico-ante-su-debacle-economica\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico ante su Debacle Econ\u00f3mica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>A todos los econ\u00f3mistas por su d\u00eda<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Excepto a los neoliberales<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras las declaraciones oficiales describen una econom\u00eda sana y en crecimiento la realidad, nos muestra exactamente lo contrario, en un contexto que representa un ambiente de crisis pol\u00edtica y econ\u00f3mica, un r\u00e9gimen pol\u00edtico casi ac\u00e9falo, sin Procurador General de la Rep\u00fablica, sin fiscal electoral, sin Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n, sin designar al sustituto del Gobernador del Banco de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe\u00f1a Nieto anuncia con bombo y platillo el descubrimiento del nuevo yacimiento denominado Ixachi, el m\u00e1s importante en los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os con un volumen de mil 500 barriles diarios de crudo, que pudieran representar reservas totales de 350 millones de barriles de reservas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfPero este descubrimiento y extracci\u00f3n de crudo, que se anuncia ser\u00e1 pronto, ser\u00e1 suficiente para recuperar lo que PEMEX ha perdido? Veamos, la producci\u00f3n ha ca\u00eddo de 3 mil 383 barriles diarios en 2004 a mil 732 millones de barriles diarios en septiembre del 2017; el n\u00famero de pozos terminados entre enero y septiembre de este 2017, se vieron reducidos de 124 a 58, en lo que a equipos para perforaci\u00f3n para la extracci\u00f3n petrolera pasaron de 20 a 12 unidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La gasolina es otro rubro que denota el fracaso de la reforma energ\u00e9tica pues la ca\u00edda fue del 19% en ese periodo y del 27% en diesel; en el informe de la cuenta p\u00fablica de 2016 por parte de la Auditoria Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n, se detalla que en el periodo que comprende del 2013 al 2016, precisamente en \u00e9poca de la reforma energ\u00e9tica, las importaciones de gasolina y de diesel fueron del 46% y del 74% respectivamente; cabe mencionar que los costos de producci\u00f3n de las gasolinas magna, Premium y del diesel, en 2016 fueron menores a los precios de importaci\u00f3n en 61%, 56% y 61.5%. \u00bfAs\u00ed es como Pe\u00f1a Nieto quiere hacer m\u00e1s rentables a nuestras refiner\u00edas, cuando paga m\u00e1s por importaciones que si las produce en el pa\u00eds?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A esta situaci\u00f3n agr\u00e9guele usted que la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados rechazo la iniciativa denominada \u201cfirma por tu bolsillo\u201d que representa no incrementar m\u00e1s los precios de la gasolina, pero los precios ya est\u00e1n sujetos a la oferta y la demanda de las cadenas distribuidoras de mayor impacto o sea las trasnacionales; as\u00ed que no dude en que al inicio del 2018 se incrementar\u00e1n nuevamente los precios de las gasolinas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras que en naciones como Escocia est\u00e1 construyendo plataformas marinas para generar energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica, en M\u00e9xico seguimos en el pasado, sin querer ver en el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico como elemento fundamental del crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, que hoy vemos m\u00e1s alejado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como es de su conocimiento, estimado lector el INEGI inform\u00f3 que la econom\u00eda mexicana creci\u00f3 1.6% en el tercer trimestre del 2017, lo que significa que el crecimiento del PIB de enero a septiembre de este a\u00f1o es de 2.2% respecto al 2016; para que este crecimiento supere el 2.5% como lo tienen previsto las autoridades hacendarias necesitar\u00edamos crecer en 3.5% en el periodo de octubre a diciembre, lo cual es muy poco probable a pesar del buen fin y de las fiestas decembrinas, sobre todo por la incertidumbre respecto al TLC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan Hugo Beteta de la CEPAL, M\u00e9xico es el \u00fanico pa\u00eds de Am\u00e9rica Latina donde el salario m\u00ednimo es menor a la l\u00ednea de la pobreza, lo que implica que aun trabajando m\u00e1s de 12 millones de mexicanos no tienen acceso a la canasta b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pol\u00edtica de mano de obra barata es un fetiche para atraer inversiones extranjeras, es vivir totalmente en el pasado, tres millones de empleos mal remunerados no implica bienestar social ni hace competitiva a una econom\u00eda, por el contrario, la hunde en el rezago y la desigualdad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Naciones como China han tomado la decisi\u00f3n de incrementar los salarios en 120% seg\u00fan lo inform\u00f3 Financial Times, quien agrego que se espera mas incrementos de salarios en ese pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para atraer Inversiones extranjeras no es la mano de obra barata sino la productividad, fen\u00f3meno multifactorial, que tiene como elemento central la calificaci\u00f3n de la mano de obra, es decir capacitaci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s conocimientos en los trabajadores, y la construcci\u00f3n de redes empresariales innovadoras con el soporte de las Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior y de los Centros de Investigaci\u00f3n para llevar a cabo la transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica y de conocimientos, solo as\u00ed podr\u00edamos crecer y disminuir la desigualdad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este esquema de desarrollo no est\u00e1 contemplado en las reformas estructurales, que solo profundizan el rezago y la pobreza, los hechos hablan por s\u00ed solos. \u00bfno lo cree usted?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A todos los econ\u00f3mistas por su d\u00eda Excepto a los neoliberales<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":7618,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[33],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7616","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulo-otech"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.7 -
