{"id":8859,"date":"2018-02-16T11:24:27","date_gmt":"2018-02-16T17:24:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=8859"},"modified":"2018-02-16T11:27:53","modified_gmt":"2018-02-16T17:27:53","slug":"como-la-inteligencia-artificial-esta-cambiando-el-e-commerce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/tech\/como-la-inteligencia-artificial-esta-cambiando-el-e-commerce\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo la inteligencia artificial est\u00e1 cambiando el e-commerce?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"TEXTO_NOTICIA\" class=\"TEXTO_PARRAFO \">\n<p class=\"entradilla\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de que existen m\u00faltiples herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para mejorar el comercio electr\u00f3nico, la inteligencia artificial se est\u00e1 abriendo camino como una de las m\u00e1s atractivas<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"TEXTO_NOTICIA\" class=\"TEXTO_PARRAFO \">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">El e-commerce es uno de los canales de ventas de mayor crecimiento en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, no solo porque cada vez m\u00e1s personas se sienten atra\u00eddas hacia los beneficios que este ofrece, sino que por su propia naturaleza tecnol\u00f3gica est\u00e1 sujeto a constantes cambios que lo vuelven mucho m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico, efectivo y sencillo de predecir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">Una de las herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que est\u00e1 ganando m\u00e1s prominencia en el comercio electr\u00f3nico actualmente es\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">la inteligencia artificial<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">, que en palabras simples no es m\u00e1s que brindarle a las m\u00e1quinas (o cualquier tipo de entidad virtual) la capacidad de percibir el ambiente y tomar decisiones en base a ciertas variables, similar a como lo har\u00edan los seres vivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">Es por eso que para poder comprender c\u00f3mo la inteligencia artificial est\u00e1 cambiando este canal de ventas, no solo con la intenci\u00f3n de conocer el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, sino tambi\u00e9n para aprovecharlo a futuro, podemos ver lo que muchos est\u00e1n haciendo para cambiar su forma de vender por internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"ES-VE\">1. Comunicaci\u00f3n con los posibles compradores<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">Una de las formas m\u00e1s accesibles a trav\u00e9s de las cuales los vendedores online est\u00e1n comenzando a incluir la inteligencia artificial en el funcionamiento de sus tiendas es mediante\u00a0<i>chatbots<\/i>, programas inform\u00e1ticos que sirven para simular conversaciones con los posibles clientes, y guiarlos durante todo el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">De acuerdo a datos recopilados por\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">Business Insider<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">, cerca del 85% de todas las interacciones que se realizar\u00e1n en el e-commerce para el a\u00f1o 2020 no tendr\u00e1n influencia de vendedores humanos, sino que ser\u00e1n realizadas directamente por\u00a0<i>chatbots<\/i>; demostrando c\u00f3mo esta tecnolog\u00eda se posiciona cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"ES-VE\">2. Manejo de inventario<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">En primer lugar, a trav\u00e9s de la inteligencia artificial, el manejo de inventario\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">est\u00e1 avanzando grandes distancias<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">, ya que las tiendas virtuales que la utilicen pueden llevar un mejor control de la mercanc\u00eda que manejan, ya sea teni\u00e9ndola en almacenes, o trabajando directamente con proveedores ajenos a la empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">Adem\u00e1s de ayudar con el manejo de inventario en el \u00e1rea administrativa, la inteligencia artificial tambi\u00e9n funciona para realizar an\u00e1lisis predictivo, detectar patrones de consumo, y hacer que las estrategias de ventas y reposici\u00f3n de mercanc\u00eda est\u00e9n adaptadas directamente a las demandas de los consumidores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"ES-VE\">3. Evoluci\u00f3n en el proceso de ventas<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">Todo el proceso de ventas en los sitios de e-commerce ha evolucionado con el pasar de los a\u00f1os, principalmente gracias a las alternativas que surgen para ayudar a\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">crear una tienda virtual<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">, ya sea con las que van desde la agilizaci\u00f3n en la\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">compra de un dominio<\/span><span lang=\"ES-VE\">, hasta la provisi\u00f3n de herramientas que democratizan el dise\u00f1o de p\u00e1ginas web. Sin embargo, la inteligencia artificial lo est\u00e1 llevando un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-VE\">Gracias a esta, y a la recopilaci\u00f3n y manejo de datos que hace posible, el viaje de experiencias del consumidor se hace cada vez m\u00e1s manejable, principalmente gracias a que cada tienda es capaz de ofrecer soluciones personalizadas para cada cliente seg\u00fan sus historiales de b\u00fasquedas, compras y otras interacciones virtuales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"ES-VE\">4.
