{"id":9341,"date":"2018-03-21T10:14:05","date_gmt":"2018-03-21T16:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=9341"},"modified":"2018-03-21T10:20:29","modified_gmt":"2018-03-21T16:20:29","slug":"como-blockchain-puede-ayudar-a-la-smart-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/ic\/como-blockchain-puede-ayudar-a-la-smart-city\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo Blockchain puede ayudar a la Smart City?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de adentrarnos en las asombrosas transformaciones que\u00a0Blockchain\u00a0est\u00e1 provocando en el \u00e1mbito de la\u00a0Smart City, veamos un\u00a0ejemplo sencillo\u00a0que nos puede ayudar a entender como nos puede ayudar Blockchain.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecointeligencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/blockchain-smartcity.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11356 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ecointeligencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/blockchain-smartcity.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ecointeligencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/blockchain-smartcity.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.ecointeligencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/blockchain-smartcity-300x165.jpg 300w\" alt=\"Son varias las formas en que blockchain puede ayudar a la smartcity\" width=\"600\" height=\"330\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00a0y\u00a0B\u00a0son dos individuos o entidades en un\u00a0sistema de estacionamiento basado en blockchain.\u00a0A\u00a0paga la tarifa de estacionamiento a\u00a0B, que es la\u00a0autoridad del estacionamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras la transacci\u00f3n est\u00e1 activa, se representa en l\u00ednea en forma de un\u00a0bloqueque incluye datos como el n\u00famero de bloque, la prueba del trabajo, los registros de las transacciones y los datos relacionados con el bloque adyacente (anterior).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El bloque es visible para todos los que forman parte de la red abierta.\u00a0Otras entidades verifican el bloque y confirman la transacci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de que el 50% de las entidades lo hayan aprobado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s del \u00faltimo paso,\u00a0el bloque ingresa en la cadena permanente y el importe del estacionamiento se transfiere de la cuenta de A a la B.\u00a0Todo esto sucede en pocos minutos de duraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Este ejemplo puede ayudar a entender de una manera sencilla\u00a0en qu\u00e9 consiste la cadena de bloque o blockchain y c\u00f3mo la podemos utilizar<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el ejemplo anterior,\u00a0blockchain es una tecnolog\u00eda distribuida de contabilidad peer-to-peer\u00a0(P2P)\u00a0que apunta tanto transacciones como contratos, acuerdos y ventas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inicialmente,\u00a0blockchain\u00a0fue concebida para dar soporte a lo que se conoce como\u00a0criptomonedas\u00a0(por ejemplo, Bitcoin y Ethereum). Pero hoy en d\u00eda,\u00a0esta tecnolog\u00eda se puede implementar en cualquier tipo de transacci\u00f3n sin un intermediario. Este es su rasgo diferencial, que\u00a0nos permite eliminar toda aquella intermediaci\u00f3n que no aporta valor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otro beneficio significativo de la tecnolog\u00eda\u00a0blockchain\u00a0es su\u00a0robustez ante los ataques de la pirater\u00eda inform\u00e1tica\u00a0(con la prudencia que se puede afirmar esto).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A priori, un plan de ataque requerir\u00eda que el hacker\u00a0comprometiera el 51% de los sistemas para superar el poder de hashing de la red objetivo, cosa que en la actualidad\u00a0no es posible desde el punto de vista computacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecointeligencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/alexa-skill-uber.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11355 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ecointeligencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/alexa-skill-uber.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ecointeligencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/alexa-skill-uber.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.ecointeligencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/alexa-skill-uber-300x169.jpg 300w\" alt=\"La integraci\u00f3n de IoT con servicios es una tendencia creciente\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si repasamos el\u00a0estado-del-arte tecnol\u00f3gico, podemos destacar las posibilidades que nos ofrece\u00a0Internet de las Cosas\u00a0(Internet of Things, IoT)\u00a0para instalar y\u00a0conectar sensores y dispositivos inteligentes que nos permiten capturar datos y realizar acciones\u00a0con solo un toque e inimaginables hace unos a\u00f1os, como, por ejemplo,\u00a0reservar un veh\u00edculo Uber aut\u00f3nomo a trav\u00e9s del asistente virtual Alexa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero,\u00a0\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 hemos cambiado de tema?\u00a0\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 hablamos de IoT? Pues porque IoT se va a convertir en BIoT a partir de este momento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es esto?\u00a0En esencia consiste en\u00a0la tecnolog\u00eda blockchain incorporada a Internet de las Cosas\u00a0(IoT), lo que posibilitar\u00e1 que estos\u00a0dispositivos IoT sean m\u00e1s\u00a0potentes, \u00fatiles y\u00a0seguros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que\u00a0uno de los grandes problemas que estaban surgiendo con la implantaci\u00f3n masiva de dispositivos IoT era la falta de seguridad\u00a0y lo vulnerables que eran ante los ataques de piratas inform\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Se calcula que a finales de 2017 pod\u00eda haber unos 6.400 millones de dispositivos IoT conectados a Internet, y este n\u00famero crece a pasos de gigante y cualquier estimaci\u00f3n se quedar\u00e1 corta<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero este crecimiento desmesurado tiene muchas\u00a0implicaciones de seguridad: muchos (m\u00e1s bien la mayor\u00eda) de\u00a0estos dispositivos inteligentes no han sido dise\u00f1ados pensando en su seguridad,\u00a0tan solo en su funcionalidad.
