Las bicicletas se desbloquean mediante el app, pudiendo tomar cualquiera que te encuentres en tu camino y dejarla de igual forma una vez que hayas llegado a tu destino. El sistema no es malo en s\u00ed, y resulta muy prometedor para el beneficio de la movilidad y contaminaci\u00f3n en ciudades tan densamente pobladas como esta, sin embargo, la r\u00e1pida popularizaci\u00f3n del sistema provoc\u00f3 una sobre oferta a la que ni el gobierno, ni los usuarios estaban preparados.
